Hey everyone,Quiet some time ago I found this fantastic report that showed a lot tracked item and every transaction (sales order, receipt, production order etc) with it’s lot number. It was FANTASTIC and I can picture it but I can’t find it in ACU hoping someone can rattle off the name of it with that very vague description. I know the report lines were collapsible and expandable and there were some icons/images on the report. *sigh* Anyone have ANY ideas?

Is there any way to mass create purchase receipts for purchase orders? I need to somehow mass create purchase order receipts for drop-ship POs. I know there is a mass action button for POs that makes me believe this is doable but it only creates a purchase receipt for the first PO select on the list which makes sense since a purchase receipt number has to be created (and that is only created after a purchase receipt is saved)

We had to backdate a payment to our customer’s account.  After posting, we realized we had entered the amount incorrectly (the handwriting was difficult to read) so the payment was voided.  Unfortunately, the payment was posted in May but the void was posted in June.  As a result, the May statement balance is not correct.  Is there a way to correct this?  

I am having an issue adding more than ten credit cards to a customer’s profile. I found a previous thread that was solved by updating the maximum credit cards per profile, however, it didn’t work for me. Even when there’s expired credit cards that are marked inactive it seems to still be counted towards the credit card profile count.Can someone please help me solve this?

Hi Everyone,We use Google chat for internal company communication. Links we copy and paste into google chat do not populate correctly. The hyperlink display text is exactly what the URL should be but once it is clicked on, it populates this (W(20653)) string after the .com as “/%28W%2820653%29%29/”ex:hyperlink:https://company.acumatica.com/(W(20653))/Main?CompanyID=Roofed+Right+New&ScreenId=00000000What populates on the new tab: https://company.acumatica.com/%28W%2820653%29%29/(W(20655))/Main?CompanyID=….ScreenId=00000000The hyperlink ends up here: It looks to be having trouble with the (W(20653)) and then placing a new number (W(20655)) after for some reason. Has anyone faced this before or have a solution? I have been looking for fixes on the google chat side but no luck so far.Thanks,Tyler

Hi Acumatica,I am trying to add a customer Attribute DEALERCODE to the customer statement; however, when I refresh all on the tables, I lose fields rather than gain the Attribute I am looking for.  It is the out of the box Customer Statement report, but I cannot get the Customer Attribute I am looking for to show up I was able to get it to pull in on the Invoice and Sales Order layouts, but not this Customer Statement. We are creating a business event to trigger an email if a POLine Promised Date changes by more than a certain amount. The logic for the comparison is, if the change in date of the Promised Date is greater than 20% of the difference between the old Promised Date and Today() we want to trigger the email. I cannot figure out how to reference both the old and new value in the Trigger Conditions to achieve the desired result. I can’t be sure, but from my testing, if I chose Operation: New Field Value or Old Field Value, the value of Promised Date field on both sides of the Condition are value as specified in the Operation. How can I get both new and old values together in an expression to compare these to decide if the date change was significant enough to trigger the Email Subscriber?

Hello,                  Very strange,  I have a same customization project,  I can open and view it in 1 web site with SSL connection on.  While another web site display empty in the project editor with NONE ssl/tls connection.                      Is there any restriction on it? What is the logic behind it?

I searched but I wasn’t able to find anything.  Has a date announced as to when the 2025 R1 release will be available to all customers. We are currently on 2023 R2 and want to upgrade before the retirement date of that version which I believe is May 30th.   We are looking at going to 2025 R1 instead of 2024 R2.

Acumatica currently charges their SaaS clients a 25% Retired Version Premium when upgrading from a retired version. Our VAR has informed us that Acumatica will start to charge the same 25% fee to private hosted clients as well. There is no press release that I can find and our VAR tells us it came from their source at Acumatica. Can anyone else confirm this?

Does Acumatica or any partner have documented best practices for managing the publishing of customizations that can be shared with me?  I am looking for a customer facing document to explain the need for discipline and coordination where customizations are created by multiple sources. Edit, I did find this blog post https://www.augforums.com/publishing-an-acumatica-customization-project/.  However, may main point is that I need to reinforce rule #2.

Hi Acumatica,I am trying to add parameters to a report for Inventory Transfers. I need to add DocType and RefNbr. I have run into this issue before, but the DocType allows me to select from the dropdown of Document Types; however, I cannot get the RefNbr to do a lookup of the Reference Numbers.   Any suggestions?Thank you!-RJ

We have been facing an issue related to MYOB Advanced ERP (Accumatica) Filter($filter) option.When used $filter parameter in REST API, pass multiple conditions with 'or' operator.Like this in URL '$filter=CustomerID eq '21FEBUSER' or CurrencyRateType eq 'SPOT' which gives us this error:"exceptionMessage": "Only AND logical operator is supported","exceptionType": "System.NotSupportedException"Is there any solution/api/help available to get multiple record in single request to pass multiple condition from Acumatica ERP in REST URL.  

I’ve searched here but couldn’t see this specific question asked, but I have a customer who just went live and now they want to increase the length of the inventory ID from the current 15 to 25.  Can this be done safely with items already existing in the system?  Will those items be unaffected if this is done?  Thanks.

Hi all, Does anyone know how to get the Task Body (where often we have a template that populates it) into the Email Notification sent to the assigned group/user?I’ve tried ((Activities.Body)) from the Data Field dropdown and ((CRActivitiy_Body)) here but it doesn’t yield anything in the Email received. The Email Template is sent via a Business Event for “trigger by record change” and not an Automation Schedule.

Hello, I am trying to troubleshoot an Import Scenario where we are updating all of our Vendor ID’s. We’ve been able to successfully complete this in a Test environment, but for some reason I am unable to in our production instance. Any assistance would be appreciated! We have a custom import scenario that uses the “Specify New ID” target object. In Test environment, it works as intended - updating only the Vendor ID.In Production, we’ve replicated the scenario, and the import reports it completed successfully and with no errors, but the Vendor ID remains unchanged.What am I missing from the scenario in order to update the IDs?
