Hello,I’m trying to create Payment Amount in a Positive Pay CSV file padded on the left to include 11 total characters like this example: I’ve tried several formulas:=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),10,'0')=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),10.2,'0')=PadLeft(CStr(Round([APPayment.OrigDocAmt],2)),10,'0')=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),12,'0')The above formulas produce results that are padded at the left but include 2 extra digits on the right.I thought Acumatica might be using Price/Cost Decimal Places field in Miscellaneous Settings section of Companies screen to set Decimal Places to 4…. however when I temporarily changed this setting from 4 to 2, it made no difference in my Positive Pay GI. Hello good afternoon communityI am importing customers and vendors through the import scenario, there are approximately 16,000 customers and about 4,000 vendors, many of them are customer/vendor at the same time.When I do this I get an error saying that I cannot have the same customer and vendor ID during the import. These customers/vendors have the same ID. since they are the same.Is there a configuration that allows it? Is there a way to import them by import scenario? because there are about 950 customers/vendors that exist with this condition. I hope you can help me since it is impossible to create them one by one manually.I am driving Acumatica version 2023R2I look forward to your help and thank you in advance.Vanessa.
I’ve come across an issue and want to confirm if I’m missing something in the configuration, or if I’ve found a bug in how Matrix Item creation handles segmented key separators for the new Inventory IDs.As far as I can see, this should be possible but I’m seeing strange behaviour when creating the Matrix Items. The end goal is a 2 segment Inventory ID, that correctly creates Matrix Items with valid Inventory IDs.(The reason I need 2 segments is because the first segment will be Auto-Numbered. I’ve been able to replicate the issue both with and without auto-numbering, so for simplicity I’ll detail below without auto-numbering applied) Expected BehaviourManually created, standalone Stock Items, Non-Stock Items and Template Items, should be created with the first segment populated, and the second segment left blank. In Customer Profile under Balance would like to add a new field for Open Invoices. This field would display the sum of the Current Balance for all Invoices with an Open Status associated with the particular customer. Need help creating the customization.The issue we are having is that Prepayments are included in the Balance the Customer owes. If a Customer has open Invoices totaling $1000 but they have a Prepayment of $200 for future work their balance displays $800 and this balance is what our employees see and what shows on the Customer Statement. Customers end up paying less than what they owe.
Hi all,In our Acumatica environment, numeric values are displayed with trailing zeros in many transactions. For example: 10.12000 10.00000 10.45785 Expected display: 10.12000 → 10.12 10.00000 → 10 10.45785 → 10.45785 (should remain the same) Our requirement is to remove unnecessary trailing zeros across the system (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, AR/AP transactions, Generic Inquiries, and reports) without modifying each screen individually.We have already checked: Decimal Precision settings in companies master screen Is there a way to configure this globally in Acumatica, or would this require customization?

Hello everyone,Customer-based discount codes work for the customer, and a discount percentage rate remains in place even if the order volume changes: The problem is manual discounts -> if you change the percentage, it is linked to the amount and not to the discount rate -> if you add or remove items with manual discounts in Sales Orders, the discount rate also changes, even though it should remain the same: The discount rate should be fixed and not flexible and dependent on the amount.The customer works a lot with manual and flexible discounts, but wants to prevent the discount percentage rate from changing when the order is adjusted. We have not found a solution here for how to set spontaneous discounts. Do you have a solution?Example:SO and the product costs are 12,00 per unit. I add an manual Discount of 10%: I change the Unit Price from 12,00 to 20,00. We’re experiencing ongoing issues when logging emails from Outlook to Acumatica using the Outlook Plug-In for the Modern UI. I wanted to share details to see whether others are encountering similar behavior and if there are known fixes, best practices, or upcoming improvements.Record Visibility Issues When attempting to link an email to an existing Case, Opportunity, or Project, the case often does not appear in the selection list after choosing a Contact or Business Account. Opportunities do not consistently appear when searching or filtering, making it difficult to associate emails with the correct record. Often you must search the Opportunity Name or # to find it. In some scenarios, opportunities only appear after clearing filters or using very specific search behavior, which feels inconsistent. I investigated, and this message is written in IN/Descriptor. It’s called AccumulatorAttribute only in this attribute. I don’t understand where this attribute is applied that uses this exception code. I suppose it is in ARTranUpdate DAC and also in several other DACs. If that’s the case, can I override this attribute? Hello everyone, Is there any way to use an assign Map to vendor bills object ?I am trying to set restricted user visibility base on who is the bill’s owner.The system set the creator as owner but I need to use more specific rules to assign owner to the bill (for exemple : the manager of the project in the transaction ‘s bill, the PO owner, etc.). There is an approval map but it doesn’t populate le owner field. Thank for your help !C.

Hello. I’m using the Acumatica API to update one field inside the Sales Order entity.This field is ‘Terms’, a relationship field in which users can select a Credit Terms record, to set it as parent.I was using my Default web service endpoint, version 23.200.001. I made a Query to a Sales Order to see if the ‘Terms’ field was returned, but it wasn’t returned.So, I created a new Web Service Endpoint, extending the Default one. Then I went to the Sales Order entity and added a new entry for the Terms field, like in this picture: Currently we have these Terms records available:Now when I use my custom endpoint ‘SalesOrderTerms’, and execute a GET to query one Sales Order, the Terms are returned. All fine until here.But, when I try to execute a PUT call to update the Terms field, the field is not updated.
