I have a customer that would like to automate the creation of service orders from orders with a ‘Quote’ behavior using a Business Event with an import.
For example, the RJ type order below is set up with the ‘Quote’ behavior. We need to copy this quote to a SV type order with an import. The import scenario is shown below as well. The import runs, but the new service order is not created.
What are we missing? Is this possible?
