Material Wizard 2 blank for specific Project

Hi all,

I’m on 2025R1, using Production Order Maintenance, When I release materials for a Production Order linked to project 9795(Track by Project Quantity and Cost), Material Wizard 2 opens but shows no components, even though the Critical Materials screen shows enough on hand quantity for the production order. Release Material works fine for another project (9299-001- Track by Location). I verified the BOM and warehouse setup. Any ideas why this happens or what setting I might be missing?

Hi ​@PrasadNaidu06 ,

Are any of these materials marked as backflushed on the production order?  Backflushed materials will not appear in the wizard.

    Hello laura,

    No none of those materials were marked for the Backflush.

    ​@PrasadNaidu06 This is a known issue in version 2025R1, and it has been fixed in version 2026R1. Please reach out to the support team to get a workaround for this issue.
