I’m looking for cause or explanation on why DeviceHub would duplicated a print job
The system is set to poll every 30 seconds and yet it finds the same document at 8:20:38 and 8:20:45 and processes both

Understood - We had polling set to not pool last 10 seconds and poll every 30 (I believe those are defaults)
The log shows it polls at 8:20:45, only 7 seconds after what I assume is the push notification? That seems like either I misunderstand what “do not poll last” means or Device Hub isn’t getting in a full mississippi 😉
I’ve increased both polling interval and exclusion window slightly and hopefully this doesn’t happen again. Very unfortunate that it happened on a 90 page print job
