Shopify connector - how to add billing info to location?

1. Customer Location in Acumatica don’t have Billing Address, therefore you cannot map to those fields, unless you extend the Location entity. Keep in mind that if you need business logic behind Billing Address, you will need to extend that in the code as well.
2. Parent/Child relationships are not transferrable to Shopify, at least not without a customization.

Your best approach, if you’re just starting out with Acumatica and Shopify, is to use the native connector in the way it is designed and built. If you already have established processes in Acumatica and Shopify, and must set up the integration the way it works in real world today, I’d highly recommend talking to integration specialists like us, PUGET DIGITAL, who can help you set up with alternative integration options. But let me repeat: by default, try to make the native connector work, as it’s the quickest and most economic approach.
