I’ve noticed over the years that a string like .../(W(104))/… can be found in URLS, but I’ve never been able to determine what this indicates. I can create a link without this section of the URL, however it resolves back with a number when the site comes up. Can someone help me understand?

What field defines the default Unit Price for a STOCK ITEM on a 2-STEP Transfer? Doing international transfers and customs needs to know a value. It’s not a price worksheet (this is a warehouse, not a customer) and “Default Price” doesn’t seem to come over when making a new Sales Order of type TR.I can code around this (if price = 0, then get Default Price from Stock item), but if something already exists, I’d like to leverage that instead of attaching my Mickey Mouse code to the report. We want to inform you that we are actively developing updates for Acumatica’s Exchange Sync software in response to upcoming changes Microsoft has scheduled for Fall 2026. Our goal is to ensure continued compatibility and a seamless experience for our customers. This change is driven by a Microsoft deprecation of legacy components that Exchange Sync relies on. Microsoft now requires migration to newer versions of their software, and Acumatica version 26R1 is being specifically designed to align with these updated requirements. We’re facing an issue with deleting a payment made via ACH-Ebiz Check. The customer received their payment quote and paid using the direct link we provided. They entered their wire information, and EBiz successfully captured the payment. However, after a few days, the transaction failed to deposit into our bank, and our bank informed us that the ACH wire was unsuccessful.Upon investigation, we discovered that the customer had mistakenly typed the routing number, which caused the problem. We then re-sent a new link for the payment through Acumatica - ACH Ebiz check link, and the customer successfully paid for the order.Now, we have two payments: one that is still open (the failed payment) and the other that was a successful Ebiz check charge.Unfortunately, we cannot delete the first payment that failed. We have tried to void the payment, but it was unsuccessful. Now, this payment is sitting in our undeposited funds account, which is not allowed. We need to have this first payment link c
In 2026R1 I am looking at ScreenId=SO3010PL . Normally I should be able to right-click a cell and see “Filter by this cell value” in order to quickly filter the results.It appears that this menu is now disallowed.I just see a browser menu, not the Acumatica menu within this Primary List.“Filter by This Cell Value” missing :( Seems like this corresponds with the Modern UI. We just converted to Acumatica 25R2 and some of our Generic Inquiries are failing with error: Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character stringAn example GI is set to use the following parameters and condition based on those : ParametersConditionsEV1STINVDT is defined as a DateTime in the Attributes:Attribute DefinitionIf I click From Schema I can choose dates as usual and it filters by them. If I add the field itself to the Results when I click on the heading to filter there it gives me the expected Date range selections.It seems for some reason it is not being recognised as a date for only the conditions section when using parameters based on the attribute field. This worked fine before the upgrade. Is there any way to get these working again? I have tried all I can think of but there seems no way for me to resolve this. Thanks for any advice/help, Phil
Hi,The aim of this case is to figure out how to save a field in the endpoint so that, when I import the customization project, this new field will be available for use. I need to add OrderNbr for PurchaseReceipt.After I added the field to the endpoint, I pressed Validate Entity. Then, in the customization project, I selected my package and pressed Reload from Database.After that, I selected Publish with Cleanup and exported my customization package.During testing, I imported my customization project, but the OrderNbr field was not available in the endpoint.Acumatica 2026R1. I tried without reloading from the database and publishing with cleanup, but result remains the same
I’m working through S110_System_Security_2026R1 and got a bit confused about the wording around “creating a system tenant.”From my understanding, the system tenant is automatically created with the instance and isn’t something we manually create - we only create non-system tenants.However, the guide says, “when you create a system tenant,” which makes it sound like a manual action.Is there ever a scenario where we actually create a system tenant ourselves? Or should this read.. “when you create a new tenant, you may be signed out after its creation,...”For context, I’m working on a local instance that initially had a single tenant.
Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with Project Template security: I have assigned a Project Group to a Restriction Group to limit access. In the Project Templates (PM208000) screen, it works correctly (users outside the group cannot see the template). However, in the Projects (PM301000) screen, when clicking the Template selector, all templates are visible and selectable, regardless of the Restriction Group settings. Why the visibility restriction is not applied to the Template lookup field in the Projects screen?
Has anyone had any luck figuring out how to change a discount amount after an AP bill is posted before it gets paid? Right now we have to enter a debit adjustment and re-enter the AP bill. That is time consuming. There should be an easy way to look at the bills and change the discount amount or date before it goes to get paid.

We upgraded from 25R1 to 25R2 and the add-in for classic Outlook 365 stopped working. I reviewed help and it seems there are some updated steps for registering the Acumatica instance in Entra. Under the Expose an API section, we need to add an Application ID in the format of api://<fully-qualified-domain-name>/<app-id>. We are on SaaS - what do we use as the fully-qualified-domain-name? Entra does not accept mycompany.acumatica.com since its not verified. I can’t verify it since I can’t add it to my DNS. Any insight?
Hi all,I’d love to be able to see a widget or GI column that displays historical info about our customers. Specifically, I’d like to see the last time that a Customer’s status was “Credit Hold” and a count of how many times they’ve been on Credit Hold. I can’t seem to crack this. I know how to enable field level audit history, and I know the field is Customer.Status. However, I can’t figure out how to display the audit history of this field per customer without digging into the audit history page. Thanks in advance,Nathan

It seems that the attributes I’ve created are not listed in the Schema and Data field drop down list when selecting a field to do a Group by in the Grouping tab. We’re able to pull in the attribute field to the Results Grid, but just not the Grouping tab. I also tried hardcoding that field name in there but got an error.

Does anyone have insight on why our Bank Feed Transactions are progressively being available later and later? If I remember correctly, when we first started using Bank Feeds, yesterday’s posted transactions from the bank were available early the following morning. Now, they’re not available until after 1-3pm PST, and sometimes even later than that.We’re on 2025 R1, upgrading to R2 in a few months, using Plaid for the connection to Chase Bank.I’d think Plaid would be able to grab the transactions as soon as they’re posted in the bank.
Has anyone used a 3rd party product for AP automation? Companies like TRAILD, Tipalti, etc?We use the native AP “New Document Recognition”, but it is really klunky, and slow. We have a ton of 3rd party Landed Costs and outbound freight. We spend too much time processing these vendor invoices when they should simply just flow through the AP process. thank you.

Good morning,Is there a way to mass update a Customer Class while not changing any of the other settings on a customers account? When I try changing the class, this pop up appears and it defaults to “Yes” but we want it to click “No” so our customers accounts aren’t changed for their terms.
When I do this in the Customer Payment Method, I get an error. To explain further, I created an Import Scenario to Mass Update the Customer’s Payment Method as seen below but the IsDefault field is unchecked.
