HelloI need to generate barcode with tab character in itSay i have Filed1 and Field2 then i need to create the barcode of Code 39 which combine the two fields and tab character between them[Filed1] Tab [Field2]I need the formula to combine the three values in one stringThanksMagdy

I am used to seeing STD Unit cost details; Material, Labor, OH, Subcontract.  In Acumatica I am only seeing “Unit Cost”.  The issue I am finding is that for WO, Acumatica is showing Production variance detail, which is based on Production Quantity, not standard cost.  Therefore the posted variance break out is unknown as the variance is posted as one amount based on standard cost.If I can find the Std Unit cost details, we should be able to compare STD costs vs Actual Production costs. 

We are creating a GI that shows the information found in the Item Warehouse Details line by line for each item. The Inventory items appear to be showing multiple times for the same branch, as the last count date is pulling every time it was included in a count. We only want the items to show once per warehouse with the most recent count date.

We currently are using the 2024R1 version Acumatica Construction Edition and will be upgrading soon to a newer version. We have multiple companies. Our primary company is a general contractor. One of our smaller companies manufactures large concrete wall panels for fencing and concrete blocks for retaining walls. We are looking for a software that will integrate with Acumatica or we would like to see if Acumatica has the ability to track inventory and include a heavy duty scanner that is capable of scanning the heavy concrete walls and blocks after they are poured and updating our inventory count and where we can also scan the material as it is loaded on 18 wheelers and shipped out to projects to automate our process and track inventory and billing more efficiently. Can anyone recommend a software or has anyone had success using Acumatica’s inventory tracking for such heavy concrete products?  I would really appreciate any suggestions or experiences that can help us find the right s

Have a strange situation with shipping via UPS.  During rate shopping the rates show almost double during shipment but once the shipment is confirmed, the rate is reduced to the negotiated rate.  Has anyone experienced this before?  How can we get the negotiated rates to show up during rate shopping.  

Hello all,I have a carrier which has a sub section of Medium Flat rate box. As of now this sub section is getting calculated based on the box dimension & weight. How can I setup a fixed flat rate for this box?  

Problem:1. An inventory item “CS1455330” was ordered with the “Mark for PO” check box in the Service Order. 2. This item was received, but as the appointment was completed, we realized that this item was not needed. We would like to just keep it in stock, but no longer have it allocated to this service order.3. I have tried to “Delete the line” or “Change the line status to ‘Canceled’”. This is the message that is shown when I try to do either of those actions: 4. By default Acumatica displays sent email as an envelope and received email as a paper airplane. Am I missing something or isn’t this the opposite of what one might expect? Or is there a way to change it? 

I had a client today ask me directly what the requirements are for a system email account. They had initially setup a group email list, not a true mailbox and I knew that was likely not acceptable. There are several tiers for the actual mailbox with differing prices. There is an email kiosk account that is most affordable, and limits the inbox size to 2GB. Is the size of that mailbox any sort of Acumatica requirement, or is this just dependent on how much email the users expect to have coming through? The costs involved are relatively minor but I wanted to be prepared when I follow up.

I have been unable to get Acumatica 24.209.0013 to work with SQL mirroring. All of our db’s including Acumatica are mirrored correctly. With mirroring off, everything works as it should. My connection string has both the Failover Partner and Initial Catalog keys defined, but something somewhere is ignoring them because I get the error: “Use of key 'Failover Partner' requires the key 'Initial Catalog' to be present.” when Acumatica tries to connect to the database. Has anyone successfully gotten this to work?

Hi,I have completed the initial steps for migrating from the Classic UI to the Modern UI and am currently working on Modern UI enhancements. However, I am encountering an issue where the Site Map screen continues to load indefinitely, making it inaccessible and preventing any updates or navigation. The same issue appears to affect Customization Projects as well.I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions you could provide to help resolve this.Thank you in advance. Premalatha N

Hello,         I like Acumatica’s user defined fields feature, I can add fields without writing code.But these fileds are disabled when the shipment is completed, while I’d like to keep it being enabled.    Is there a way to do it?         I’ve found a similar question above, but as I checked, I can not find the “UDF” in automation steps. So I can not enable it.      Is there any other way to do it?

We have stock items that are now discontinued, but we still have inventory in our other warehouses. Is is possible to prevent sales in one warehouse but still allow in another? 

I'm working in Acumatica Report Designer and building a report that joins ARTran with ARTax. The issue I'm facing is that when a transaction line has multiple tax records (i.e., multiple ARTax rows per ARTran), the detail section repeats the same ARTran line for each tax row.I only want to show one line per transaction (ARTran), and conditionally add the tax amount only when the TaxCategoryID is 'OTP'. Additionally, the ARTax.TaxID can vary by state (e.g., MSOTP, AROTP, TNOTP66SALES, etc.).I’ve used this expression in the detail section:=$DrCrSign * ( [ARTran.CuryTranAmt] + IIF(InStr([ARTax.TaxID], 'OTP') > 0, [ARTax.TaxAmt], 0) ) Please guide thanks

Is there a way or can it be added to see the Operation Description on the Clock Entry Screen (mobile app) instead of just a number..? We are using the clock entry on the mobile app for the employees in our shop, however since they just see Operation ID 10, 20, 30, etc. and not a description it is causing quite a bit of extra work on our managers to make sure their time is coded to the correct ID. Any suggestions welcome. 

When using the Receive and Put Away screen is it possible that when you scan a barcode of an item it will default to the qty on the PO. Then if the order was not filled the user could set the qty to actual received. I feel that it's an extra step to set the qty every time or scan each barcode. It would be nice if this was a setting that could be turned on or off. 

I can find a lot of information about gateways, but not any about hardware. Anyone have advice? 

Our system is set up to send the buyers a copy of the approved PO once the approval route has been completed. It is a regular occurrence that the PO received from Acumatica will be blank. There does not seem to be any reason, it fixes itself, and then happens again. Is there any way to keep this from happening?

For some reason, the “Add Link” function is no longer working for me. I use this to pull the attachments/Files from the requisition to the Purchase Order. It is no longer giving me access to the requisitions when I click on it. When clicked, it takes me to “Approvals”. See screenshot.

I am having an issue just with my own account. I have full allowances in Acumatica, but for some reason, only I am unable to view this Tab. Please see the attached screenshot. This tab is used to compile detailed specs on the individual items being requested. This screenshot is a copy of a requisition. Not sure how my setup changed or how to fix it.

I’m posting here to try and find someone who is finding success with ProjectManager.com integrated with Acumatica’s construction edition.  Specifically, pushing data to and from Acumatica (bonus points if people are doing predecessors / successors across multiple projects.

I need to send a report on a Schedule in 2022 R2.I was told that the Send Reports screen should not be used anymore.  (Although the referenced article says Automation Notifications have been changed to Business Events: https://help-2020r2.acumatica.com/(W(2))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=59d32d60-ccc5-471e-bb6a-b03ef60a3318)This report just needs to be emailed to a person (or various people) on a scheduled basis.  The Business Event screen requires a Generic Inquiry to create a schedule but all I want to do is email the report to an email address that may not be set up in Acumatica).  This was being done with a Template on the report and then scheduling it with the Automation Schedule screen using the Send Reports screen.  Can someone confirm whether or not this is still supported as it

Hello - I'm struggling to figure out why the “Pick List” report is printing with the huge space underneath data, then will have a page 2 with more of the data. Any thoughts on what I am missing? to condense it all to one page?
