How to Remove/disable +New Button that comes on mouse hover on Workspace Option

The idea is to force users to open the Sales orders generic enquiry where we have allocated different users to different generic enquiries linked to different Order types. The order type field will be disabled to avoid users changing 

​@mohammadnawaz51 when you have given permissions to Edit/Create new for any screen then it will come like that.

I have disabled Create for a screen but still getting the +New when i hover on a workspace item
