Configuration and Installation

We installed the ShipStation customization for 24R2 into our client’s live tenant and when we process orders ShipStation is not pushing the shipment back into Acumatica.  Are we missing something in the mapping?  I am hoping this is a simple fix.Thank you for the help. Jason Rhodes

Hi everyone, Frequently we have a need to collaborate with Acumatica Support on cases where they require access to our private cloud environment & subsequently our client sites.Does anyone know what the IP addresses (ranges) are that Acumatica Support uses so that we can lock it down on our firewalls? Hi everyone, I configure an email account with google modern OAuth. The email sign in correctly and the Test run correctly but when I run Send/Receive all this error is showing, especially when I'm trying to process the receive mail.  also, if the incoming mail process is selected where do all the email receive should be found?

We are busy with an implementation and in the test company I tried to delete subaccounts / Segment Value and Keys that I feel won't be necessary.No transactions were processed as yet, but now I am not able to post or create anything. Please guide me on how to fix this? I am getting this error:Error: INTERCO, REVENUE STREAM of [VDiscountSubID] do not exist in the system. 

Hello Community,Has anyone successfully installed the Acumatica 2025 R1 instance locally?I’ve attempted the installation multiple times, but I keep running into the same issue. After selecting the Sales Demo data and choosing DefaultAppPool as the application pool, the installation process starts — but shortly after, the dialog box simply disappears without any error message or confirmation. No instance is created, and nothing else happens.I’ve followed the same steps that worked perfectly for earlier versions (2023 R2 and 2024 R1), so I’m wondering if there’s anything different or additional that needs to be considered for 2025 R1.Has anyone else faced this behavior or found a workaround?Is there any change in prerequisites or installation flow for this release?Any insights, tips, or documentation references would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Hey guys. I have recently installed AC on the local server for testing purposes. Its loading every screen super slow. The recourses of the server are enough nad the system monitoring doesnt give any abnormalizes. Where do I start?   

Hi Acumatica Community,I'm creating a Generic Inquiry (GI) that joins EPTimeCard and EPTimecardDetail using the TimeCardCD field. The goal is to display all EPTimecardDetail records, but only for Time Cards that are either: Pending Approval, or Approved Currently, when I join these two tables in the GI and filter by status, I only see records where EPTimeCard.Status = 'A' (Approved). I want to also include records where the status is 'P' (Pending Approval), and exclude On Hold and Rejected records.My join is based on:EPTimecardDetail.TimeCardCD = EPTimeCard.TimeCardCD However, the GI still seems to only return approved records.Has anyone successfully configured a GI to include both approved and pending approval time cards?

I am having trouble getting a user access to Generate a customer statement with Generate on Demand.The user has multiple roles. Only one of these roles should have access to run the report.In access rights by screen → Receivables→ Customers → Customer → Generate on Demand I have given the “Edit” to the role which should have that right.When a user has multiple roles does Acumatica prioritize the most restrictive role? If that is the case, I suppose the role without access to Generate on Demand is preventing access?I have dozens of unique situations like this, and am hoping I don’t have to create a unique role for each.

When creating a purchase order through Inventory Planning, I am receiving an error that my PO line detail Warehouse does not match my Purchase Order Shipping Tab Warehouse. We have not set a default warehouse for the Vendor or Vendor location because this Vendor has one Location ships to multiple warehouses. What is the best way to have the Shipping Tab Warehouse automatically match the Purchase Detail Warehouse when creating a PO from Inventory Planning?ERROR: The warehouse in the line differs from the warehouse on the shipping tab.   

Hello, We have recently started using Shopify for both ecommerce and point of sale. We have several products that we want to ONLY sell at the POS and not online. It is my understanding that the Export to External check box is what syncs the products over to Shopify, and then the Visibility is what has it show up on the sales channels within Shopify. Our Store Default is Visible and Set as Available (Track Qty).   When the product syncs over with this format, it becomes available on all sales channels. We have manually (using bulk edit within Shopify) removed products from certain channels, like the website. However, we have noticed that when a product resyncs, since the visibility is set to Visible, it turns the product back on for all channels. Is there something within Acumatica w

Hello,       We have been Acumatica PCS users for 8 years. Our business runs almost 24/7 (7×24 hours). To ensure stability and reliability, we chose to stay on the 2021 R2 version.However, Acumatica now requires us to upgrade from the end-of-life version. Otherwise, we will be charged a Retired Version Premium.    We are currently deployed on Windows Server 2016 + SQL Server 2016. Unfortunately, 2024 R2 does not support two third-party applications.We must upgrade to Windows Server 2019/2022 + SQL Server 2019/2022.Can someone advise the best strategy for this full upgrade? Here’s our proposed plan:Provision a new server with Windows Server 2019 + SQL Server 2019. Back up the database from the old server and restore it to the new server’s database. Use the ERP Upgrade Wizard to perform a phased upgrade: 2021 R2 → 2023 R1 → 2024 R2. Then thoroughly test all functionalities and customizat

      I need to maintain two versions of Acumatica simultaneously. I noticed that when installing AcumaticaERPInstall.msi, the new version will default to overwriting the old version. Additionally, after installing the new version, attempting to install the old version results in an error. (I’m not sure if uninstalling the new version and then installing the old version will cause issues—can someone let me know?)       My key question is: Is there a way to install two versions of AcumaticaERPInstall.msi on the same computer, so that I can have two Wizards available simultaneously?

Are there any specific guides for installing Acumatica on a Windows Server 2019 box?Installing a local/dev copy on a vanilla Windows 10 machine is pretty straightforward; on Server/IIS we keep getting failed installations.I think it’s down to many of the needed “Windows Add or Remove Features” (which Server 2019 doesn’t have) are handled through roles/Server Manager, which is where we are getting tripped up.Thanks for any insight!

Background: I have a prospect using a different software and we are proposing a solution on Acumatica.  They have fixed price contracts with progress billings.  Costs for the projects include labour hours by employees, inventory from stock on hand, purchases from supplier and other supplier expenses.  When invoicing a progress invoice, they would determine the costs to date and invoice at a level above costs by setting a GP margin for the invoice.  Problem:In Acumatica, allocation rules is used to send expenses to WIP with auto reversal upon AR Invoice release.  I am unable to link the costs to the progress billing invoice using the side panel “Linked Cost Transactions” in proforma invoice.  No lines appear at all for costs already entered.Each invoice needs to have a GP margin.  Currently, progress billings have 100% margins as costs are not linked to invoices.

Hello. Is it possible to limit an approver’s visibility on the Bills & Adjustments screen to only those bills that have been assigned to them? We have employees who need to approve bills related to their department, but we do not want them to see other company bills of a sensitive nature. I can only see an all-or-nothing approach to access on the Access Rights screens. Thank you.

i have create an instance with mysql and do step by step → then when i launch site on perform application maintenance it show error "Your tenancy ip not found”

We are running into problems with creating a new task on the Tasks screen under Time & Expenses.From looking at the effective rights of the user in Access rights by user the user shows as having delete permission on the tasks screen. They can get to the screen and even click to add a task when an error message pops up saying ‘You have insufficient rights to access the object (Cst_CRTaskMaint).’How can I determine why this is failing?  Does this depend on the user being granted access to another screen first?  Has anyone else run into this issue?Thanks for any help,Phil

We had to request for Acumatica Support for checking one of our SaaS client’s site for Service Order Appointment processes. Unfortunately, we cannot link the employee record to the built-in AcumaticaSupport user. So, we had to create a new user account which causes the confusion to our client because they are a bit peculiar about user access on their system. And just a thought that it would be really nice if we can link the employee access for AcumaticaSupport user for cases as well.

The SFTP server has been configured to use OpenSSH public/private key authentication.I followed the official documentation carefully: https://help.acumatica.com/(W(14))/Wiki/ShowWiki.aspx?pageid=d9555f46-0a48-4059-8082-decc6b8e3652 However, when I try to establish the connection, I get the following error message:Permission denied (publickey) FYI : The SFTP user does not have a password (only key-based access) but FLEX seems to hash the password even when the password field is left empty, which might be causing the authentication to fail.

Currently when users request to send an SMS for the two factor authentication code (if they app or other options aren’t available), it send the code only, with nothing else.  Is there a way to modify the SMS message sent so that it includes something like “Your code is XXXXXX” or similar so devices like MacOS and iOS know to offer it to enter into the browser for you rather than needing to type it manually?  

Hello! I am trying to use an input mask to allow for numerical entry only where the number has two decimal places. For instance, we manufacture parts that have dimensions such as 68.50” and 82.25”. I tried using the input masks ##.##” and 90.99” on the attribute itself but when I enter the values above I get the following results:68.50” → 68._5”82.25” → 82._2”. I had figured out that we could use something such as 90.99#” but it then returns values as: 82.25” → 82._25” This isn’t ideal and could get confusing. Is there anyway to force a number right after the decimal?Also, I believe I found a bug in the system when it comes to these input masks. Using the 90.99#” input mask above, it registers the number but every time I click on the attribute and click off it reduces the number and adds a space. Thank you!
