Disable PO Delete

After a series of unexplained PO deletion I am trying to disable the delete button from the PO Header. I am in the Access by Screen and trying to change Delete from “Inherited” to “Revoke” but it keeps resetting to inherited. Is there somewhere else I should be changing this?

Hi @byates 

Navigate to Purchase order Node and set the Permissions first to “Delete” Probably it will be Not set.

        Is there a way to only have the delete button enabled when the PO is first created? and disabled from the point it’s released or fully approved?
