Hello,We are facing the below issue in Business Events. Could anyone have faced this before and any working solution, please suggest.Any inputs will be helpful, to troubleshoot the issue.Issue: In the business events settings, the “Processing Time Threshold(s)’ value is automatically resetting with some values often, for both Push Notification and Business Event Queue.Below are the screenshots for reference.Kindly let us know if any other inputs are required. We are a new partner to Acumatica. We loaded a tenant that included the fast track Construction Edition for 2022 R2. However, our client is going to customize their preferences and will not use the Fasttrack. Hello,I am trying to find the specific Access Rights By Role that allows a user to delete vendors.I am looking under the Inventory Tab and expanded the list but I cannot find the specific permission.Attached is an image of the Element Properties for the delete button.

Hello,Before I go down this path, I wanted to know if it would be a viable solution to add a button in an email to approve or reject a document based on selecting the link. I have been able to get an elementary version of this to work through sending certain text in an email for intake but the client wants to get more sophisticated with an actual actionable button.I believe this would be possible with some variation of the portal- they click the link, brings them to the portal, they can approve- but not all customers will have an access. So ultimately I need to be able to get a response back without the need to authenticate.Any input or experience on this topic would be greatly appreciated!
How do I give a user access to ONLY the Cross-Reference segment of the Stock Item screen?I can give them rights to images and packaging just fine. Those live under:Inventory → Stock Items → InventoryItemI have DELETE rights to Inventory → Stock Items → Cross-ReferenceBut I still can’t access that grid. I’m obviously missing something here. Any help is greatly appreciated.
If you’ve done this upgrade…Does anything change about the underlying data structures, or does everything that is “native” continue to function properly? The upgrade itself seems quite simple, but I expect customizations to require updating/replacing or eliminating since some of our customizations are now native functionality. Do you have a general sense of how many of your customizations (by percentage) need to be updated/changed vs. any of them continue to work as they did previously? Just curious about your personal experience on this item #2.Thanks!
We’re trying to get the MS Exchange integration working. Part of it is working, calendar events and to-tos are being synced properly, and sending of emails works fine as well; however there are issues with syncing the email inbox.Our customer’s instance has two tenants, one for testing purposes and one that’s actually in use by our client (I’ll call it production).On the test tenant what happens is, I have to move emails from the inbox into a subdirectory of the inbox with the same name as is configured in the email section of the sync policy (SM204010). As far as I gathered, this is expected behavior.Whenever the sync process is executed, the emails from that subdirectory will show up in Acumatica, but on the exchange server the emails are automatically being moved back out of the subdirectory and into the main inbox folder.Is that also correct behavior? It seems strange to me. And if I manually move the emails back into the subdirectory and run the sync again, the emails do not appea
Hi All,We are currently exploring options to keep track of expiration Dates for Non-Stock items.Our client has Expiration Dates for Consumables that are Expensed right away and are in general treated like a Non-Stock Item.Before recommending rethinking the usage of these items to be Stock items, we wanted to see if there are any ideas or proven ways out there to keep track of Expiration Dates for Non-Stock items? Inventory Levels are not really needed but it should serve as an Indicator of what material they need to get rid of within their Facility. One example is Specialty Glue. Any ideas on how this could be accomplished without the need of having a Stock item for this.
Hello,I have a report that’s emailed out weekly. Everything is working fine with this report but there’s never any record of it in the All Emails page. I have to resort to Office 365 Message Trace to confirm that the email was actually sent. Is there a way to enable logging of such emails so they are viewable in All Emails?Thanks!
We are running into this frequently. Sometimes changing browsers works, sometimes clearing cache and cookies. Sometimes a reboot. Has anyone see this or know what causes it. Our partner has been unable to provide a solution so hoping someone has ran into this here before.

Hi All, One of our clients has a requirement to have Prefixes to choose from or to type in that have independent Autonumbering Sequences behind it.I know we can handle part of it through Segmented Keys and Values, yet the Autonumbering is Global. What we would need to have is the following:AAA0001AAA0002BBB0001CCC0001AAA0003CCC0002 I hope this makes sense.Are there any solutions in native Acumatica or some recommendations on how to customize this?
Hi All,Need help to figure out why the Automation Schedule are not working, we are not in lock out mode but still we are getting error as “Automation Schedule scenario has not been performed due to the database lockout”. Please help us.I think this is happening from yesterday after we published new customization package. Hi Everyone, I am trying to figure out where I could set the revoked access to user access rights by role for current cost in the stock item screen. I revoked this in the inventory item and item/warehouse setting but it seems reflected again on the screen. Is there a field that I missed?
