Greetings all,On page 9 in course T190 “Preparing the environment” I have completed everything up to:“4. Clone or download the customization project and the source code of the extension library from the Help-and-Training-Examples repository in Acumatica GitHub to a folder on your computer.”I have programming experience but am new to GitHub. How do I get the project and code files from Acumatica GitHub to my GitHup on my computer?Thank you in advance!
I need to load Sales Demo for 2021 R2 version on SaaS instance, I checked the old portal and no links and neither any topic in new portal/community to get a link to download a snapshot for Sales Demo 2021 R2 (which contains all Mfg data etc). Would appreciate if anybody can share the link.
Good day,Client has been using System Email Accounts to send / Received emails from Acumatica using Outlook (they dont have Acumatica integration on their outlook app in windows), starting on 4/8/21, the client started noticing that the emails on her inbox will automatically change to read, other users that have Acumatica accounts that also have System Email Accounts setup in Acumatica will have same issue. After several tries with their IT person from there email server, we inactivate the System Email Account for her by changing the password to something incorrect, and the issue stop. I have sit checking this issue and it occurs when the System Email Account is setup correctly. I have already change the incoming mail server from smtp.office365.com to outlook.office365.com to smtp.office365.com. But this did not fixed the issue. I have also test where the password in incorrect and the test is bad, and emails remain unread on my clients outlook app in windows, but when putting the pas
I have enabled field level auditing.In the Audit screen, I selected the following:When I change the name of a vendor and save it (changed name to eQ Bank Test)then click Tools - Audit History, there are no changes shown:It looks like I’ve done everything correctly.I’ve tried this in multiple installations of Acumatica on different versions but no luck.~Joe

Is anyone aware of a way to specify Favorites as the Home Page on a user profile (SM203010)? Since the Favorites functionality behaves like a pop-up and not a full-fledged screen there doesn’t seem to be a way to select it. Any ideas?Thanks!Laura
Hi All,We want to extend a Business Account to a Vendor using an Acumatica Webservice endpoint. In the past we were successful in making a POST request to extend Business Account to a Customer using ‘ConvertBusinessAccountToCustomer’. Hello! I’m trying to create an Generic Inquiry that pulls data from our Sales Orders and Support Cases; however, I believe I’m having issues with configuring it properly. As of right now, I have it set up to where it can pull information from Sales Orders (Order qty, order total, etc.), but I can’t seem to pull a certain attribute from our Support Cases. When I add the attribute to the GI list, it just shows up empty. I’m assuming I don’t have a relation set up properly somewhere? All help is appreciated!
I am trying to setup Device hub on our server, but am getting a permissions error with theconnection to ERP...[Error] There was an error opening the connection: StatusCode: 403, ReasonPhrase: 'Forbidden', Version: 1.1, Content: System.Net.Http.StreamContent, Headers: So this results in Acumatica (MYOB Advanced in Australia) not seeing the printers that are setup in DeviceHub, but if I add the printers manually in the ERP then the DeviceHub recognizes them as setup… but still nothing is found in Acumatica.
All the addresses in Acumatica are 3 lines - Address line 1, address line 2 then city, state, postal code and finally country. Our international customers require at least one more line of address. As per example:In this example the Finance Department is an attention line and is not part of the address. I could squeeze the first 3 lines into 2 lines but it is just not correct and I would be certain it would slow down any package delivery.
Hello Friends We have an Acumatica 2021R1 instance with build 21.116 Using the Apply Updates screen, we are trying to upgrade it to 21.119 build. Right after the upgrade process is completed, we are seeing this error messageCould not load file or assembly 'PX.Telemetry.Adapter, Version=188.8.131.52, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Could you please assist if there is anything that I am missing here on the upgrade or if anything needs to be done before initiating the upgrade? From past many days, we have been facing this issue in Acumatica.While working on ongoing cases or business accounts, we get an alert of The Session has expired issue and sometime You are currently logged off.Our Chrome is updated to the latest version and though we clear all cache and cookies, still after some days it gives the same error/alert.The session timeout in web.config is set to 600 mins.Highly appreciate your support.

Probably, I am not using the correct terminology. I would like to start a conversation about optimizing the performance of Acumatica ERP. This is a pretty general statement, as some processes or screens may require more heavy lifting than others, so there is of course no one-size-fits-all for performance tuning. With that said, let’s define performance as “the 80/20 rule for most users most of the time”. This means that most screens will load within 1 second, and most users will not be waiting more than a couple seconds for most processes to finish.With that rather general benchmark as our guide, what has everyone found as being important to the performance of various aspects of Acumatica ERP? I have thrown some pretty serious firepower at this system (think $6,000/month bill on AWS for virtual Windows Server + high performance RDS instance). We set up the attribute as follows:When we try to add Foreman to Project Attributes screen, it’s not in the list. Why? What have I missed? I have published a customization project to one tenant (projecthas 3 custom forms and Sales Order Screen customized), and I select the Publish to Multiple Tenant Option and selected the tenant I wanted the customizations to be seen. The 3 custom forms are not seen as expected in my other tenant but the Sales Order Screen customizations are still visible. Any idea why this occurs?Thanks.
I installed Acumatica framework v: 20.2/20.210.0044, but there are not pages with project, payables, etcIs it possible to add these pages to the solution? If yes, can anybody help me - how I can do it? May be it is available for another version of framework..
Hello Admins!Just sharing my recent experience:Upgrade from 20.115.0039 to 21.100.0127 failed with the following error message:Upgrade process has been interrupted. The database cannot be upgraded because your current build 20.115.0039 is incompatible with the build 21.100.0127. Wait for the next update package that will be compatible with your current build. Note: Release Notes indicate that migrating from 2020R1 is direct.I was glad to find out that upgrading instance in build 20.206.0011 to 21.100.0127 was successful (including Portal).
Hello， I always get Acumatica installation package from http://acumatica-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/From version 2018 to the latest 2020R2 version， every version is having a same minor issue which happened on “Statement cycle” screen. (I am just wondering nobody else report this issue before? It exists in every package.)The issue is caused by the incorrect code writing in AR202800.aspx, like below: The right writing should be <px:PXLabel ID="Dash1" runat="server">?</px:PXLabel> Yes, I can fix this issue quickly by myself, however, if every time after any upgrading I have to fix it again and again, I feel frustrated. Sorry to ask, is this issue be left on purpose? Because if this issue exists, any new user would be blocked at the time of initialization a new company, without statement cycle definitions nobody can proceed. So? It would be very, very beneficial to have 3 tenants for even just the implementation phase so the implementation can go smooth and we can set-up a test environment/UAT along with the Production Environment and the demo environment. If they need an extra tenant for an additional company, then we add that extra tenant as a paid one.I agree, this takes away a major factor in the decision process. Many of our customers buy Acumatica alone for the extra tenants...
Hi,Faced a teething problem. Uploaded client’s site logo and report logo in the Visual Appearance tab in Companies screen (CS101500). What appears on screen, is the Acumatica’s default logo. Cleared cache many times, log out and refresh website and site logo remains the same.Checked in the File Maintenance screen (SM202510) and access right is public.Where could we have gone wrong?
