Hello Team,

I have a customisation developed in one of the sandbox instances. So whenever a data of any field/s is changed under General or Payment tabs → Vendors (AP303000) form, the status of the vendor gets Inactive. And hence a business event would be triggered when this gets Inactive.
Now in the business event I would also like to display the data which particular field/s has been modified due to which the status of the vendor got changed to Inactive. How can I build up a Business Event on this condition.

Since there are multiple fields under both the tabs, and if the user makes any modification under 3 fields then the business event should display that the modifications were made in those 3 fields.

@Harry  Please create a simple Generic Inquiry that encompasses all the necessary fields. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could configure trigger conditions so that any modification to these fields can invoke the corresponding business event.

hello @Naveen Boga , Thank you fro your kind response. I am also looking a way that the business event notification could also display in the mail content as to which field has been modified.


Hi @Harry The business event notification is Little tricky, When ever the Notification came the information can be seen but not on specific data field, I dont think we have last Modified data field in DB however when ever the vendor inactive you may need to verify the audit history. Please reach out to var or Acumatica they may suggest

How can we verify the Audit History?


Hello @manikantad18 , @Naveen Boga if this is a tricky part in Biz event is it possible to track the fields modified in GI? So I would then create a GI that will list out the details for the vendor records that have any of the data changed under General/Payments tab?
