To access Acumatica rest API's Acumatica ERP creating cookies for authorization when we hit the login API.Authorization cookie not working after some time, all API return “You are not logged in”.Please let me know what is the maximum time/ max age for cookie variable after login?
We are upgrading from 2020 R1 to 2022 R2. We use ‘Send Notifications’ for certain email notifications and the team manages the queue of emails from this screen. In this case, we have them tied to a customization. We see that in 2022 R2, ‘Send Notifications’ is in the site map, but you cannot navigate to this page. How can we manage what is currently being managed through ‘Send Notifications’ in 2022 R2? Is there any way to have this page available in the new version? Any background on why it seems to have been removed? We have been trying to test this in the new version and so far it fails.
Hello,Hoping that someone can help me with what I thought would be an easy task. We have a couple of branches and each needs separate projects and thus separate Project ID’s. I have looked at a lot of different setup sections and cannot find anywhere that would allow me to change a setting that is associated with adding a different sequence for each branch. It does not matter what I put in the Start # it gives me the same generic error. I have reviewed the segmented keys section and what I am attempting to add does not violate the setup criteria. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hello Community,We have configured the Approval Maps for the Bills and Adjustments screen and it is working fine. However, the Approver is currently able to see other documents as well. How can we configure it so that the Approver only sees the documents that require their approval? Any help highly appreciated!!

We are looking to have the vendor ID auto populate with a strictly sequential numerical code. Is this possible? Would not need and letters in the ID, strictly numerical classification as we create a new vendor. We are just now setting up the system and have not gone live yet. Currently, we have been unable to make this happen.

I am testing moving a site to a new location due to drive space constraints.I created a site Test2 on the old location.I copied the site files to my new location.I updated the web config file in VS to my new location as well as the virtual folder path in IIS.The site works fine. I can even publish a customization to it.In addition, to ensure it isn’t a security issue, I set permissions to the new location by adding Everyone and granting full control.However, in the Application Maintenance screen of the installer, it still references the old location.Where can I edit this information so that the installer sees the real location? I cannot find any references to the old location in the site. You can see the new location is updated in IISThe application pool also shows the new location

Hello,This is a standard ACU hosted cloud deployment. During implementation, we create a test tenant to rain, load data etc… We want to include the customer portal in this process but need to temporarily have it look at data in the test tenant until go live. Can you direct the customer portal to look at data in another tenant?
Hello,Does anyone know much about the Welcome Notification? Now that we’ve switched to SSO with Google, the link sent to new users technically only works for users who have already established their external identity for SSO.Trying to figure out where UserList.RecoveryLink is stored in ACU so I can update that reference when the welcome notification is sent out… and how do you edit the ‘LOG IN’ button to use the right link as well? seems like everytime I try to update that button it doesn’t accept my new link:
