Is it possible to run multiple instances of device hub on the same computer, each connected to separate Acumatica Tenants?  I did this with 19R1 but just upgraded to 21R1 and now I get an error that the program is already running.

Is there a way to setup custom Tax tables in Payroll if you're a Non-US customer?

Do we have to enter account email under additional account info and primary contact or is there a way to auto-populate one or the other?

I recently ran into an issue where I’m unable to access Import Scenarios. The system throws “An item with the same key has already been added.” At me when I try to access them in any way via SM206025. Oddly enough I can navigate to them via SM206036, though I’m uncertain it’s actually in working order. This change in behaviour seems to coincide with an upgrade from 20.208.0031 to 20.218.0021. Before you go there, we’re planning an update to 2021R1 within the next month or so. What’s interesting is that I can, with great consistency, recreate an even that triggers this error…Method OneSimply make a new import scenario and add in a <Dialog Answer> and tab out of the filed and skadoosh! “An item with the same key has already been added.”Method TwoI can find an Import Scenarios for the same screen that is still accessible via SM206025 and attempt to copy/paste it into a new Import Scenario… skadoosh!Method ThreeI can find an Import Scenarios for the same screen that is still accessib

Hi, How do I add a barcode to a stock item using the import scenario?

In our system, the item class creates attributes, how can I populate the attributes fields through an import scenario?

When we create a sales order,  is there any option to load the Salesperson based on Login User Employee instead of loading based on customer .( User is linked with Employee and employee is linked with Salesperson) .Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance.

In Acumatica 2021r2, is it possible to hide/show Action buttons in the main toolbar based on conditions within the selected state? (I’m willing to use the Workflow Editor or by custom code, if that is possible.)Example scenario for Shipment Entry screen (SO302000):When the active state is Confirmed, I want to duplicate the Print Labels action as a button in the main toolbar, but only if labels haven't already been printed. The labelsPrinted boolean in the SOShipment DAC can be used for the conditional. But it does not appear that you can associate a conditional with the Duplicate on Toolbar checkbox.I still need to retain Print Labels as an option in the More (...) menu regardless of the labelsPrinted boolean within the same Confirmed state. It's possible labels need to be reprinted, but I don't want to give the action the same prominence in the toolbar if they have already been printed once. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

When setting up a new customer account, can it be set up so that it auto-populates the primary contact name from the account name?

Greetings! Is there a way to dynamically pull the current User’s Email into the From of a Notification Template (assuming that it’s been set up as System Email Account)?  This would be very helpful in personalizing the emails out of Acumatica without the User needing to manually switch the From field each time.

Hello, I wrote an import scenario to update the vendor and item number.  I have attached the xml.  Everything else works fine.  What is the correct mapping.  Thank yoiuEvan

Checking to see if there is a fix being done on a present situation in Acumatica involving updating Customer payment information.  Here is the issue: A customer started out originally being a "Check" customer meaning they get paper checks.  The customer now wants to do ACH payments.  When we update the payment information for the customer, any invoice that is already entered to the customer when they were a "Check" payment will not be converted over to ACH payments.  It will only go by check because when it was entered, "Check" was the payment option.  The only way to make it go ACH is to reverse all of the invoices and re-enter AFTER the ACH information is updated in the Customer File.  BUT if you re-enter the invoice under the ACH payment information but you attach the invoice to a purchase order that was entered BEFORE the payment information was updated, the invoice will not show up on EITHER Prepare Payments reports.  Just had another one where the invoice was entered after the AC

The unit price on the sales order shows .03 even though we have mentioned the unit price as 5.50 when entering the inventory item. Proceeding by manually entering the price of 5.50.  What would be the intendent behavior. We thought to create a price list and add the price.Added to the price List.Created a New Sales Order and added the Item System is not consider Item price as 5.5. Need to add Expected Item Price on this.

In the Employee Time Activities Screen, we have both Projects and Appointment Numbers in there. However, when we get to the Approve Time Activities Screen, the Release Time Activities Screen, and the Approve Time Activities Summary Screen, there is no concept of Appointments on that screen. Where does time on a Service Order/Appointment get approved? Should it not be summarized with all hours of a respective employee? We would need to see all hours for a respective employee in one spot for approval so as to know if their total hours are eligible for OT or anything else special.

Hello, In the Request Profiler, I can identify the requests made by our API user because the username is displayed. There are often other requests where the username field is blank, and I’m not sure what that means. What does a blank username field mean? Thanks, Dave

We're having the issue described below with Acumatica and cannot find a solution. We have an open ticket and Acumatica support has been sporadically working on it for several weeks now but no answer. They can't reproduce it and so have done a screen share to look at it on my machine, but to no avail. Hello, I’m attempting to mark the “Owner” field from the Financial Details > Assigned To, on the Bill and Adjustments screen in Accounts Payables required. I’ve created a customization project and tried a few different methods without any luck so far.First just a simple customization to set the “Required” property to True. Unfortunately I can still save and remove hold without the system flagging the issue. Also not getting a red asterisk next to the field. Next I added the owner field just underneath vendor as a new field. Set to true and still no luck. Lastly added the field to the “Fields” section in the tree for the customized screen but had no affect.  Guessing I’m missing a step, but not turning up to much in my google searches. Anyone have any ideas what I’ve missed? Thanks - Adam

We run the projects module extensively and it would be great if we could have folders within the "files" tab for all the files we need to store against a project.  Is there a way to do this, or a SharePoint integration anywhere that might provide us with an option?
