Auto-populating contact info?

Do we have to enter account email under additional account info and primary contact or is there a way to auto-populate one or the other?

Hi @amainville For the Additional Account Info we need to enter the Email ID in the Customers screen.


For the Primary Contact, if you have multiple contacts we can select respective contact to load the contact details along with the Email ID. Please find the screenshot for reference.

Adding to what Naveen has mentioned

  • Account info and Additional account info is business account related information and will have mostly the generic Email account to contact company
  • When you update any information on ‘Primary contact’, it creates a ‘Contact’ record internally.  However, when you enter additional info for business account, NO information gets populated on Primary contact.
