Tax table setup in Payroll for Non-US customers

Is there a way to setup custom Tax tables in Payroll if you're a Non-US customer?

Hi @DanWats 

At present, the Payroll caters US customers, and there is no option to setup Tax table setup for other countries. Here is an idea posted some time ago with similar request.
