AR Invoice Number Sequence is not coming as expected.

Hi, 

We have changed the Invoice Number sequence start as follows. we have attached it in AR Preference. 

 

But Some time Invoice Numbers are not coming as sequence.

Need to sort it out.

Hi @NAthukorala47  You can refer the Item Class segmented key for your reference. Here is the sample example screenshot.

 

 

For the Item Class, we have 3 segments, defined like above. The same way you can define 2 segments like  (2021 - 0001)

    Hi @NAthukorala47  Since you are using the Hyphen, have you also configured the “Segemented Keys” just like Item Class in Stock Items screen?

    No we did not segmented. Only added hyphen in sequence creation screen.

    @NAthukorala47  That might be the issue, I think you need to configure same the Item Class using Segmented Keys
