Hello gang, I have the below select in one of my methods. When there is data that meets the conditions, it works fine but when there is no data with this conditions I get an error “Sequence contains no element”. How can I prevent system from raising error. I’m checking this select result later in my code whether is null or not.  EPApproval ownerApproval = PXSelect<EPApproval, Where<EPApproval.refNoteID, Equal<Required<APInvoice.noteID>>, And<EPApproval.ownerID, Equal<Required<AccessInfo.contactID>>, And<EPApproval.status, Equal<EPStatuses.pending>>>>, OrderBy<Asc<EPApproval.approvalID>>> .Select(this.Base, this.Base.Document.Current.NoteID, PXAccess.GetContactID().Value, EPStatuses.Pending).First();

I am trying to follow the guide for adding a filetype of .pfx for use with SFTP.I am able to view the screen 20.25.50, and can create a new line, but when I go to save, it refreshes and removes the new .pfx line. I do not get any errors or other pop ups; I’m at a loss! Has anyone seen this issue?

Have you ever built a GI to show POs that are linked to Production Order, where the PO is raised through the MRP screen? can you please help pointing me to the right direction?I have a very simple scenario:User raises a Production Order (through Prod Order Maintenance) for one item, which has 1 component User regnerates MRP The component of the item is suggested in MRP Display User click Purchase - the PO is createdI’m trying to build a generic inquiry to show which PO is raised for which Production Order.What I have found so far is that:On the POLine, there’s a PlanID, which I can link to INItemPlan In INItemPlan, for the same component, there are actually 2 records: One have a PlanType = Production Demand - this line has a PlanID that is linked to the AMRPDetail table - where I can potentially get the Production Order Number, and this PlanID also linked to AMProdOper table, where I can also get the PO number, but only when the PO is raised through the Critical Material screen (which

Hi communityIn our CI/CD implementation we’re publishing the customization package through   https://someUrl/api/ServiceGate.asmxby using PublishPackagesAsync(new string[] { LastPackage.Name }, true) methodthe customization package get published without any issues but the plugin in the customization package not get executed, if we try to manually publish the same project via Customization Projects screen (SM.20.45.05) then everything goes well.The plugin use UpdateDatabase() to call the bussines logic.Is this behaviour due to the limitation of service gate…? any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I have a Customization Project that I moved to the Extension Library, to work with it in Visual Studio. Development is completed, and now I want to Export the Project Package, to install it on another system. I see that the state of the Graph source does not reflect all the changes I made in Visual Studio. How do I refresh the Code files in the project to match what is in the Extension Library?

We have Acumatica 2021 R2 with the CRM module.  We want to do a mass mailing to our customers. We need to print envelopes with the customers address on it. Can someone please help us and show us how to print envelopes for a class of customers?

I have an odd issue with my customization projects, where first publish will have the customization show up, but any changes to the code and then re-publishing will *sometimes* cause the customization to vanish. Version is 2020 R2, build 20.208.0031, using a local test installation. I have 2 customization projects, one with SQL views (5 DACs total), another with Attribute lookups (5 total) used for reporting. The code for the SQL views is the default code Acumatica generates, with the addition of adding the key field. Occasionally I need to make a small change to the SQL views and I edit the code to re-add one of the views. However, sometimes when I republish they just don’t show back up under generic inquiry or in the report design schema. I delete and re-add, sometimes this will fix it, sometimes it doesn’t. I receive no errors when publishing the project and get the message about the website being updated. Exiting and the page refreshes showing each of my projects published, but sti

When Acumatica was setup for us a single Inventory ID number was used for an item that had 3 variations setup in the cross-reference for one of our wholesale customers - 1 pack, 3 pack and 12 pack.  In reviewing our data this was identified so we now have individual inventory id’s setup for each of the variations and have the cross - reference in place for the wholesale customer.  The new orders work perfect, but wondering if there is a way to go back and modify the inventory id for those past orders to have them align with the proper variation either the 1 pack, 3 pack or 12 pack.  TIA!

are there any written manuals with screen shots to follow how to work in Acumatica

I am working on a custom project.  I created a custom field using the “NameValuePair” storage type and added to the Customer data entry screen.  I initially published the customization and wasn’t sure it was what I wanted, so I removed it from the project.  I later realized that it is what i wanted, so I went to add it back in. However, I now get an error message and I cannot get past it.  I also get an error when I try and open that screen in my project.  The error is: “An item with the same key has already been added.  The customization project must be published before the screen can be edited.”  I have published it without error and I still cannot edit the screen anymore.  I have to revert back to a VMWare snapshot to recover.Where does this this data get saved in the DB?  Is there a table I need to access and manually clear out?

When am changing the lot/serial class module the following error was occurredError:Lot/serial class cannot be changed when its tracking method is not compatible with the previous class and the item is in use.

The Customization Guide states that when Publishing a Customization Project, the related .cs files are copied to the Website’s App_RuntimeCode directory. This never happens. I am forced to manually copy the .cs files. Is there a setting somewhere to control this?

I have a dropship that was partially shipped by the vendor.  However, the quantity shipped was accidentally received twice and billed to the customer twice.  One invoice has been released, the other has not and has since been deleted.  The issue I am running into is when I try and issue a return against the purchase receipt, it is showing qty 0 in my warehouse so it will not allow me to release the PR return.How can I go about issuing this return and opening the line again in the PO?

Is anyone aware of any Acumatica features for tracking/monitoring Dealer inventory once it leaves our company/store? With our seed company, we need a way to track/monitor our dealer’s inventory they purchase from us to insure that no seed is ever sold that is more than 1 year old? I thought I read somewhere that this functionality is available within Acumatica?
