We have Acumatica 2021 R2 with the CRM module. We want to do a mass mailing to our customers. We need to print envelopes with the customers address on it. Can someone please help us and show us how to print envelopes for a class of customers?

You will have to design a custom report for the envelope size that pulls from your customer list. You can add customer class as a report parameter.
