Solved

In 2021R1, I added a button to the Details grid in Bills and Adjustments.  Everything is working great.  I just cannot get the button to be greyed out when the other buttons are greyed out.I can disable it so it will display a dialog that it is disabled if someone clicks it, but it just looks bad that it appears to be available.  This code fires and enables/disables the button correctly, but I cannot change the visibility of it.I suspect this might be something to do with a workflow on this screen?  However, in my installation of 2021R1, the workflow for this screen is not editable.  You can’t even create a new workflow.  I don’t even know if that would solve this for me, but either way, I’d like to grey out that button when it is not applicable. Thanks!Joe

I may have missed something, but DocuSign esignature feature seems to have disappeared. Is this no longer supported by Acumatica? Also, even though AdobeSign is still listed in the marketplace as an option, I don’t see the setup or package for that either.  We have a customer we are taking live that we provided information on this feature, and now we cannot deliver it.

Hi Everyone, I am testing our customization project that integrates with our WMS system. We have two Acumatica instances set up on the latest 2022 R1 release. We are using one for development and the other to simulate production. I have tested everything in the development instance and everything is working as expected. After verifying transaction downloads and uploads were working correctly, I exported the customization project and imported it into the “production” instance. I am running into issues uploading transactions to the production instance, receiving errors that fields cannot be empty when calling PutEntity(). Issues and Receipts are specifying that PostPeriod and Branch cannot be empty when calling PutEntity().Sales Orders specify that BaseCurrencyID and CuryID cannot be empty when calling PutEntity(). We had fixed the PostPeriod and Branch errors in the development instance, but we are getting this error in the production instance, even though we set these fields when updat

Is it possible to post a vendor payment to the Undeposited Funds GL? We use PayPal for both incoming customer payments and a few vendor subscriptions. PayPal includes both of these transaction types in our daily deposits, but we are not able to match our deposit records with PayPal’s activity because the vendor payments are not available in Undeposited Funds as we create our deposits. They would post to the Undeposited Funds GL similar to a customer refund. Thank you in advance.

Hi Team, I have a query on “Chart of Accounts”. If we have a Two companies in a single tenant but we should have two different sets of Chart of accounts for each company. Hello,      In previous version (2020R2), user can print Released SOinvoice in batch on screen SO303000.In current version 2021R2, user can no longer print released invoice anymore, even if he select “show printed” button.        Why change the logic? We have the need to print all invoices of a single customer at end of month, no matter it released or not.         How can we do this in a simple way. Please advise.

Hello,Our client constructs large buildings and often pays a vendor one large check including bills related to several projects, and sometimes Bills have a PO and some bills that don’t (meaning some lien waivers are automatic and some have been manually added to the bill). I’m not able to figure out how to have one lien waiver created/printed for each project, with totals paid for that project.  Instead, we are getting one lien waiver per BILL and that can mean 70+ lien waivers accompanying one check even when the project is the same on every bill.Does anyone have advice or a solution?  Have I missed the screen where I can choose the generation level for lien waivers (one per bill, one per check, one per project per check, etc.)?Thank you!Laura

Is it possible to set Access Rights for the Header Notes in the Sales Order screen SO301000?Client needs to set it to View Only for some Roles. Thanks

We have recently been getting this error, "Type mismatch in the expression: '-'.", when a calculation in a column attempts to subtract one column from another, i.e.: =B-C. Both columns B and C are GL column types. The formula =B+C works but the formula =B-C does not.Has anyone encountered this error before?

Hi,I’m new to the forum, and I’m hoping someone can help. I need to make an adjustment on PO receipt for goods received. The wrong quantities were switched, so I need to adjust those entries. I went into the PO receipts and hit the return tab. I made the necessary changes, but I get this error code below when I try to save changes. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

We’ve had a scenario come up.  If we’ve used a contact’s email address as the username for the customer portal and the email address was misspelled or the email domain has been updated is there a way to change the login to the correct or new email address?

We have a client that sent out a 1099 to the wrong vendor and tax id. They need to reprint a zero dollar 1099 for the vendor. I have fixed the balances in AP but the 1099 form won’t print a zero dollars. Any idea how to do this?

Hello,      I am sorry. I don’t know whether it is too much to ask.We are using a GI as the datasource of Business Event to monitor the PO receiving.     The GI is with predefined monitor conditions by me.And I help change the conditions if user ask.         I know, I know, it should be not difficult to teach the user change the conditions himself. But the user I served is not so good at computer. And I am also afraid he might get something wrong if he works directly on Generic inquiry setting screen (SM208000).         Is there a way he can adjust the datasource without coming to Generic inquiry setting screen (SM208000).?

Is there a way to make the customer pop-up note appear every time you go into the customers order and/or when a shipment is created?  It appears when you first create the sales order but never again.

In the current clock entry screen (AM315000) you can only “Clock In” and Clock Out” by Employee ID. There is a Save button however it seems to be disabled. vvvvvv See Below vvvvv Basically I would like to change this so that I could use this as more of a data entry screen and enable the save and insert transaction buttons. vvvv See Below vvvvAny thoughts on how to accomplish this with out deep customizations?

My goal is to update the Percent field to be the calculated value based on the weight divided by the total of all weights.  So, if I change the weight on line one to 3, I want the percent for both lines to be updated to 50%.I’m just looking for a general approach to do this.  The only way I would know to do it is to use the field updated event or the row updated event to trigger a call to cycle through all the records, get the total weight, then cycle through the records again and update the percent field on it.Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I want to try out the product. Kindly help. How to get the trial version of the 2022 R1 of Acumatica?

I am trying to mass import Item Sales Categories for a commerce deployment. I was able to write an import utility to import the first tier but cannot import any child sub categories.I set the folder path using this syntax: Company/Level1/Level2/Level3 etc I then set the Category Description with using the final segmentIt seems that if the path category does not exist, then it will simply import the path string as the category name. What is the proper approach and syntax to get this to work?

Can someone help me with what I’m doing wrong here please?I created a report joining 2 files to retrieve Customer #, Customer Name, Email address, and Date the Customer # was created.  Joining the 2 files to include the Email address returns the same line multiple times for some customers, while other customers only return a single record. What can I do to prevent the duplicate records?

Hey Everyone, The other day I created a GI to fetch all Payments done by Invoice and I think I achieved what I wanted. However, when I try to create a connection via oData on PowerBI I get the following error: DataSource.Error: We couldn't parse OData response result.  Error: Unexpected end of file while parsing Name has occurred. Line 31, position 19.Details:    DataSourceKind=OData on Acumatica I can view the Inquiry and even export via Excel, I just don’t seem to be able to connect to Excel or PowerBI via oData. Has anyone experienced this before? Please see below some snapshots of the Inquiry. Tables Relationships ConditionsGrid Or if anyone could suggest a better way of grabbing all payments done within the month (including credit card and cash). Sorry, I’m very new to this :) Thank you so much!!Brian SIlva
