Customer Portal user login

We’ve had a scenario come up.  If we’ve used a contact’s email address as the username for the customer portal and the email address was misspelled or the email domain has been updated is there a way to change the login to the correct or new email address?

You can not change the ID, but you can change the email.

Check in your actual Acumatica for the user login. You can adjust it there.


Hi @kbeatty21 That’s where I am looking, once the status is active the actual login is no longer an editable field.

Hi @dskinconsulting36  I don’t think we can change the login username.

@kbeatty21 Thanks.  We thought that too, but it didn’t hurt to ask just in case we were missing something.
