I am printing the notes of a sales order quotation at the end of the totals.  I have put it into it’s own group footer as follows:  And the settings of the group footer are as follows: And the properties of the text box are as follows: I’m expecting this note to print only once, over two pages (not on each page).  But this is the result:  Can you see how the note cuts off?  It is two lines.  Then it prints again on the next page:  Also not both lines. Please help with the correct settings so that one line of this note prints on page one and the second line prints on page two :-)

Hello,        I add customer balance and credit limit through side panels on SO screen. Is there a way to set the side panel be expanded by default? I’d like to let the sales see customer balance directly.       Thank you.

I have a method which is called after Acumatica original method is invoked. I know Acumatica’s base method when invoked, updates an existing record, creates another record with ifferent status and saves the changes. What I’m doing is to run some additional validations and if validations passed then allow to Acumatica’s base method be completed. To make this happen, I have enveloped everything into a TransactionScope. At the end either the whole process will be commited or rejected. I have put partial my code below. My problem is when I run the code outside the PXTransactionScope I can access both updated and inserted record and modify but when it is run inside the TransactionScope as they are not saved to DB after Acumatica’s base nmethod is invoked i can not access them and modify. I need this to happen inside a TS. I tried to access the Cache to see if the inserted and updated records are in Cache (Base.DACView.Cache.Cached) but I do not see the modification is passed to Cach either.

The way credit terms with a cash dicsount works in Acumatica is that if customer pays within the fixed amount of days set they get a cash discount when a payment is enetred. Is there a way that if they pay with a specific payment method (in my example CC) that the cash discount should not apply?I know i can manually override the ‘cash discount taken’ field on the item line to 0, but im looking to see if there is a way in Acumatica to have it done automatically.

I have enabled field level auditing. In the Audit screen, I selected the following:When I change the name of a vendor and save it (changed name to eQ Bank Test)then click Tools - Audit History, there are no changes shown:It looks like I’ve done everything correctly.I’ve tried this in multiple installations of Acumatica on different versions but no luck.~Joe

Hi guys,When I tried to release an employee time card, the system raised an error as below (INV0000006 is the labor item assigned to this employee):But then I checked INV0000006 in non-stock items (IN2020PL), I couldn’t find anywhere to define the inventory account. Could anyone please help me with it? Thanks!

I’m wondering if anyone can offer steps/advice/workarounds on some way to adjust cost and sell on each individual sales order for a generic placeholder SKU? For example I have a generic Sku for printed business cards and I can manually adjust the sell price when i create a new sales order. I’d like to be able ideally to adjust the cost on that sales order as well so that the profitability on each invoice will be accounted for correctly. It seems like a drain to go into the sku and adjust the cost before each and every sales order I issue so I’m wondering if there is a solution available to me… The sku is of course setup as a non-inventory item.Any advice would be much appreciated.

Good Day,  Is there any other way to unlock users aside from the apply updates module, Because i encounter error in that module please see image below. How to fix this error?

What is the difference between the SUBACCOUNT segment and a subaccount? ..and how are they used within Acumatica? Currently I have 2 segments in SUBACCOUNT (Location and Service Type). If I go to GL20300 I also see Subaccounts. Are these the same thing? What I am wanting to do is create GL subaccounts for balance sheet accounts. For example, I’d like a separate subaccount for each loan under LT Liabilities, separate asset/depreciation accounts for each asset under PPE, etc. How is that best done?

Hi all,We are looking to use the shipment confirmation form as a pseudo Bill of Lading as a way to notify both parties of a transfer that has been created. Standard form has Ship To location but there is no ship from or Shipper address information. Since there is a from warehouse listed I am assuming I can edit the report (and tables) to query the ship from address off the warehouse location. But I don’t know what tables and relations I would need to create this.  Any ideas?

Is there a way to auto-number employee ID’s? I looked through Numbering Sequences and Employee Classes Preferences without luck. I’d like the person setting up new employees not have to find the last number to assign the sequential one after that.

Hi,Is there ability in Acumatica to add custom payment methods to customization project packages ?If it is possible how can I add custom payment methods to package ?

I’m overriding on of Acumatica methods. This method is triggered when “Remove Hold” action is called. The method clears all records from Approval table. I would like to keep this records. So I have added a trigger on the table that restores any deleted record. My method is called after Remove Hold does it work. I would like to access the records restored by trigger and manipulate a certain record. What happens I can see the record exist in DB when I select from query analyzers but my method is not being informed and returns null value. How can I address this issue?

Anyone have ideas on a good subaccount structure for Construction - Electrical subcontractor. I see that branch, service type (revenue) and dept (expense) are typically used in Acumatica especially in the training guides. However, with a smalls subcontractor department really aren’t used. Most costs are linked to a particular job/project and expenses are simply company-wide overhead. Only one type of segment makes sense--service type. Anyone have other suggestions that I can consider? (Thank you in advance!!)

I am trying to create an approval map where if an employee belongs to a Purchase Approval Group then the PO is automatically approved by the Owner of the PO document.  I thought the way this worked was fairly simple; but apparently Acumatica does NOT work this way.  So I am looking for help to understand how to make this work.  Below is the logic in the Rule for the Condition I have set.Step Conditions:     If No Approver Found: Reject Document     Execute Step: If No Approvers Found at Previous StepsRule Condition:    EMPLOYEE          Workgroup     Equals      Purchasing Approval GroupRule Actions:          Approver:  EMPLOYEE FROM DOCUMENT         Employee: ((Document.EmployeeID.Selected))         On Approval : Complete StepAgain, what I WANT to happen is to reject all PO's that reach this step, except for the ones created by an employee in the workgroup Purchase Approval Group. But this does not appear to be the way that Acumatica works. What am I missing?Thank you in advance

Hello, Can anyone tell me the DB values for the INPIDetail.Status field?  I need to check the status of a Physical Inventory Detail Line in a Generic Inquiry.Thank you,Dan Concannon

Hello,If a PO has been entered with a certain unit cost, but I change this price when I enter the AP bill, does the status of the PO remain “Open” or will the status change to “Closed” as long as the quantities received and invoiced match?

How can I have the disbursement matching to be 90 days before bank transaction date? Right now it will not change from 30 days therefore making it seem as if the checks are not in the system.
