Error in Apply Update Workspace

Good Day,

  Is there any other way to unlock users aside from the apply updates module, Because i encounter error in that module please see image below. How to fix this error?

Hi @rmontana 

Try this. 

Search for maintlog.txt file on your instance folder (it should be in folder with instance name\app_data ). Rename or delete the file. Try accessing apply update screen and let us know the result.
