Hi,I have extension classes for the ARInvoiceEntry, APInvoiceEntry and JournalEntry, each has a action button called “ChangeSomeField”, which needs to be on the Action Menu. For ARInvoiceEntry, the base class has an ActionsMenuItem.AddMenuAction() which I can use to add the action to the action menu.  From what I can see in the code this is because they ARDataEntryGraph which implements the IActionsMenuGraph. For both APInvoiceEntry and JournalEntry, from what I can see they’re base classes do not implement this interface which means I can’t access the ActionsMenuItem.AddMenuAction() to add the actions to the action menu.In APInvoiceEntry and JournalEntry extension classes, how do I add custom actions to the action menu?  Do I need to implement that IActionsMenuGraph myself on my extension classes or is there another way.  Could I please have an example if either of the above two are correct?

When I process an email activity Acumatica gives an error saying “Mail Processing Is turned Off”How do I fix this, I tried to enable that option from Email Preferences screen. But I couldn’t find that kind of option there😐

Hello Team,I have been working on AP side Bill Payment Processing. There is a scenario in which the Bills are created with different Vendor Name and get released and now while making the Payments I need to apply the same Bills using “Document to Apply” for a different Vendor. eg. I have Bill Payment with the Vendor Name “XYZ” and Bill has been created with the Vendor name “ABC”. How to apply Bills of different Vendor Name to the Payment ?. Does Parent child relationship will work here?

Is there a way to change the vendor once the purchase order has already been received in?

I have two UDF’s in the CRCase table.  Those UDF’s are derived from fields in a custom maintenance table.  The UDFs are ServiceTypeCD and RecordTypeCD and they come from the custom maintenance table. When a user tries to delete a record from the maintenance table, I want to make sure that the record isn’t in use in the CRCase table (no references in CRCase to the record in the custom table). This is the event I am using to trap this. This is a BQL select statement that I would use if I was just pulling data from the CRCase table if I was not looking for a UDF in that table.  Just to make sure it compiles, I put CRCase.caseCD in the Where clause (twice).  These *should* be the UDF fields.  I don’t know how to reference the UDF’s in a BQL select for a standard Acumatica table.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated. protected void _(Events.RowDeleting<SSGCRServiceTypes> e) { SSGCRServiceTypes row = (SSGCRServiceTypes)e.Row; if (row == null) return; CRCase finditem = SelectFr

Hi all, I have been trying to find a list of the differences between the different industry vertical versions of Acumatica. Is there such a list? I am concerned about changes in the payables module. Any help would be appreciated.

I need to create a link on each line item(Inventory Item on a sales order) of the graph on page PO505000 that will pop up a screen showing all of the vendors for that item and the cost from each vendor. Any ideas how to approach this?

Does anyone have any good resources for scheduling in an environment with sub assemblies?  Do you use Acumatica data? Visual boards? Would you share your screens or process?  or visual boards?  Is there any videos or resources you could point me to learn the best practice?  do you have a dedicated scheduler?  Any comments on large vs small jobs?  Trying to get better at this.  Thanks!

I am trying to use Paperless Picking for the first time and ran into this issue.Create a shipment and removed hold. Is there a way to update the salesperson assigned to a group of customers in bulk based on state and/or zip code? We pay commissions based on the salesperson assigned to a customer account and need to change a group of accounts to a new salesperson.I set up a generic inquiry based on AR.CustSalesPeople pulling in the needed data from the location, customer and address tables. The inquiry returns the expected data and can be filtered for the needed records, however I’m not able to setup the “Enable Mass Record Update” operation successfully. What “Entry Screen” should I be using or does this need to be done using an import scenario? (I tried AR.20.50.00, AR.20.50.PL and  AR.30.30.00.)Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm putting together a GI around Tasks to use for Dashboards and I need to use the Start Date and End Time fields to show the Start Date and Due Date of tasks. However, I've discovered as I was trying to set up filters for the data that the Start Date and End Time fields are displaying as 1 day earlier in the GI results than they actually are when you go inside the Task. For example, in the GI results this Task is showing a Start Date of 6/15/22 and End Date of 6/16/22: However if you go to the actual Task itself you'll see that the Start Date is really 6/16/22 and End Date is really 6/17/22: Anyone know what's going on here and how to fix it so the GI results show the correct dates? The filters appear to be working off of the true dates in the tasks which makes the GI results seem off when using the filters. The only thing I can think of is perhaps there’s a time zone issue between the fields? Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I’m trying to figure out how to use an Import Scenario to modify the Sales Order Detail section. To be more specific, when we issue a warranty with a receipt line I would like to add a not to the issue lines saying, “Please include a return label”. Since this note will appear on the pick list our warehouse team will see it and can take action.Another way I thought of and would would be happy to resolve this is to use the import scenario to add a ‘return label’ non-stock line item. We could set this to $0.00 and as long as it is an ‘issue’ it should appear on the pick list. Below is what I have so far. The problem is I get this error when it tries to run, “The last error was IN Error: Unit conversion  is missing.” Looking forward to see what everyone has to say.

I would like to find out the average or recommend implementation time for a new Acumatica manufacturing site intending to work with the manufacturing module for basic production processes. Can such a site be implemented in say under 45 days from installation, configuration, testing and go live?

I’m trying to sort out default locations for vendors using the vendor location generic inquiry. I’m able to add the “IsDefault” from the Location Table to the results grid in the generic inquiry but when I run the query no locations are marked as default, even though obviously one for each vendor should be the default. Am I missing a step or choosing an incorrect field?

Does anyone know how to make the Project selector visible in the Purchase Order screen PO301000?In the PO301000 screen, I can see Project in the 2nd columnBut when I go to the screen, Project is not visible after Owner as shown below Thanks Mark

Hi, I was trying to run the FA list at the FA module to see what we have in hand, but nothing shows for 2022. And we have been booking FA in ACU. What could we have done incorrectly here? Thanks ahead for all your help!

I have a form with two selector fields.  I want to store the two values in a custom table.  The selector fields work and I can select values and save the record.  But when I click + to create a new record, the first field still contains the previously saved value.  I THINK that the cache is not being cleared when I click +.This is the form after selecting values:Click Save and the record saves. After clicking +If I lookup a value (any value) for the service type field and click save, I get If I click Refresh on the browser, I get a clean screen that will let me add a new record.Note that if I navigate to existing records and make changes, they do get saved properly. Is there some hack I can do to clear the cache when I click the + ? The graph only contains one thing, the view: public class SSGCRRecordServiceTypeLinks : PXGraph<SSGCRRecordServiceTypeLinks, SSGCRServTypeRecTypeXR> { public SelectFrom<SSGCRServTypeRecTypeXR>.View ServTypeRecTypeLinks; This is the DAC for the tab

We are working on upgrading two clients to 22.106 and this version seems to have removed the ability to use the keyboard copy (Ctrl-C) to copy the value of a cell into the windows clipboard.  This issue does not exist in 22.105.  Can someone confirm if this is a bug because will will have clients that will complain about this loss of functionality? Thanks,Kurt

I have noticed that when I add custom columns to SQL Server (I know not officially supported, but it’s for testing purposes), that when an Acumatica upgrade is done, these custom columns are dropped. It’s not a huge deal (that’s why we do RDS SQL Server backups before upgrade), but it seems a little counterintuitive that a drop operation is run on a column that the system doesn’t know about. This is probably the result of a complete table drop and refresh as part of the upgrade process.Does anyone have any strategies for seamlessly moving over custom columns when an upgrade is run? I like the ability to manage the table structure at the SQL Server level, so if there is some way to do that which also plays nice with the Acumatica framework, that would be the best of both worlds...

Hi everyone. Looking for users who have a Sales Department and are on a softphone solution that pairs well with Acumatica. Any feedback on the phone system you are using and the ways you are unifying it with Acumatica is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,On event handlers, like for example RowSelected, apart from doing a simple check like if RefNbr equals the defaulting value “<NEW>” or something like that. is there a standard / correct way to check if the row is new or if it’s an existing row being selected for different classes like ARInvoice, ARTran, APInvoice, APTran, Batch, GLTran, etc.?

I am getting the following error when trying to add new materials to a production order. This occurs when trying to put the order on hold. An unhandled exception has occurred in the function 'MoveNext'. Please see the trace log for more details.  Any thoughts?

“Next Billing Date” for one of my leases says  06/01/2022. I am trying to advance it to 7/1/2022, or even better 8/1/2022, since I ran July invoices already. On the LEASE page, I tried to run Contract billing, but I get this error message: Unable to cast object of type 'PX.Data.PXCommandPreparingException' to type 'PX.Data.PXOuterException'.I also tried to change the dates on my Charge Schedule, but it didn’t work.

Hi guys I am not able to login in new instance of Acumatica 2022R1
