Is there a way in which one can round the billable time from the CRPMTimeActivity table in a generic inquiry? In the Case Class the billable time is rounded by 0:05. So if the billable time is 83 min, I would need the GI to show 85 min or where the billable time is 57min, it should show 60min.

I have a scenario whereby internal employee make a request of inventory items that have existing stock. Thus, when an internal employee enter a request, it will alert or send notification to logistics team to either perform issue or transfer of item to another warehouse or location. When the employee has received the item, the employee can manually close the request form. Or how to manually change the Issue Status to Received, so that system will automatically change the status of the request to closed. Does anyone have any suggestion/solution for this? thanks alot

Good morning. I have a client who needs to generate recurring sales orders to fulfill a quarterly magazine subscription. In an attempt at creating the most streamlined account setup workflow, I have proposed this solution:1) Create Customer Template for Magazine Style (4 to chose from)2) Store Subscription details in the Customer Attributes with details Then trigger automated Sales Order Generation based off of Customer Attributes. However, this last part in the process has proven to be above my head.  My general concept was to create a GI that would pull customers that match this profile, then generate a sales order from 1 of 4 templates, using 1 variable from the Customer Attribute (qty of magazine line items per order). Here is a screen shot of my attributes setup.Build 19.205.0023 Any ideas on how to make this happen or another better idea that is more simple?

Hi all, Can you help me on how to upgrade my existing version (2020 R2) into (2021 R2) Thanks

Hello, Hoping someone can help with this generic Inquiry (GI) question. I am trying to create a GI which identifies work orders having a prepayment applied.  There is a field on form FS300100 labeled “Prepayment Received”.  When looking at the Element Properties for the field, the results are:Data Class:  FSServiceOrderDataField:    SOPrepaymentReceiveViewName:  CurrentServiceOrderThis field would be the perfect field to inspect to identify the Service orders in question.  However, this field is NOT populated in the generic inquiry Results Grid.  The field is blank for all returned rows.My simple GI has only the FSServiceOrder table and I returned all fields.  I see the result row for the Service order in question, just no data for the Prepayments.   Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

We have a notification template set up which is fired by a business event when the status of a Shipment is set to confirmed.  This works fine but we want the email to the customer to have their first name rather than account name.  The Primary Contact first name is not exposed in the list of fields I can insert. I can see Primary Contact in the list but this seems to just be the numeric ID.I tried adding a custom field to the shipments screen (SO302000) and set the visibility to false. This seemed to work and if I manually try to send an email with the source as the notification template the name appears.  If I try with the business event the first name in the email is blank. The field is defined as defined as a non-persisted text field and populated in the RowSelecting Event Handler:public class SOShipmentEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<SOShipmentEntry>{ #region Event Handlers protected void SOShipment_RowSelecting(PXCache cache, PXRowSelectingEventArgs e, PXRowSelectin

Hi All,We are using the Approve Time Activity Summaries [ScreenId=EP507030] or Approve Time Activities [ScreenId=EP507010] screen to approve timecard related to a project. In this screen even though the timecard is approved/rejected already it still shows in both screen, it should be eliminated on the screen as this timecard has been processed already. Anyone who experience the same issues? We are using Acumatica 2022 R1 version. Thank you.  Regards, Anne Samson

Hello! I’ve setup an automation schedule to email customer statements. I have the system setup to prepare the statements on the 1st of the month at 5am and then email the customer statements at 5:30am. On the email statements automation schedule, the filters tab shows the statement date as relative and shows the date I initially setup the schedule up as, but it looks like since it’s relative, it would have inputted todays date of the 1st. None of the emails sent this morning. What do I need to set the statement date filter to? Technically the statement date should have been yesterday, but I’m not sure how to set the date filter to @Today-1 on this screen since it doesn’t give the option.

Hi all,I want to add a popup notes when print shipment confirmation. Does anyone knows how to use PopupNoteManager here?

Good afternoon,I am trying to delete a Problem Code.  When I delete the code and try to save the move, I get this warning:  I am working in a Test environment.  Please help, thanks.

We have two tenants for two different regions (e.g. US and Canada). We have started building a custom application that uses APIs/Web Service Endpoints to handle orders, shipments, invoices etc.Tenant A doesn’t keep the products it sells. Instead, it purchases the item from Tenant B and has it shipped directly to the customer. What would be the best way to achieve this?
