I’m trying to delete the Test Service Order Type (the only one Inactive) from the list below:
When I try to delete it, I get the following warning:
“TEST” does not appear in any Service Order or Appointment. Please help, thanks.

If there was a record ever attached to that Order Type, even if the record was deleted, you will not be able to remove it. The only possible way would be to delete it from the data base, which can get complicated.
Is this a Test environment? If so, can you possibly create a snapshot of settings only, delete that Order Type?
