When I try to Sign In to our Acumatica University account I get the attached Access Denied box.

I have filled it out, but have got no response. Any one else experienced this? Any solutions would be appreciated.

I noticed another person encountered the same prompt a few months ago and this is how it was solved:

If you aren’t receiving a response, maybe contact your partner or Acumatica directly with New Education-Related support case.

Thank you for the reply. I did get a response from a person at Acumatica University. They fixed the situation and I am now able to Sign In. Thanks again.
