Cannot delete a Problem Code

Good afternoon,

I am trying to delete a Problem Code.  When I delete the code and try to save the move, I get this warning:

 

 

I am working in a Test environment.  Please help, thanks.

Hi, The problem codes can be attached to service order types. Remove the problem code from service order types and then try again.
