When I’m doing a customization on Customer Portal I added a new DAC in PortalV1 namespace.  However, Visual studio does not allow me to use that namespace in another class & it gives  “The type or namespace name could not be found” error.  Any idea about fixing this issue?Thanks.

Hello,I have a report that’s emailed out weekly. Everything is working fine with this report but there’s never any record of it in the All Emails page. I have to resort to Office 365 Message Trace to confirm that the email was actually sent. Is there a way to enable logging of such emails so they are viewable in All Emails?Thanks!

When creating a new Paycheck using Paycheck and Adjustments (PR302000). After entering and selecting Employee “Maxwell Baker” and Pay Period “06-2021” and navigating to the Taxes Tab. The correct Taxes are populated. Doing the same for pay period “AA-2021” , the Tax Codes also populate correctly.  The problem arises when selecting a Pay Period in the next year, Pay Period “01-2022”. When a Pay Period from 2022 is selected the Tax Codes do not populate. Any insights as to why the Taxes would not populate would be greatly appreciated. Examples below. Pay Period 06-2021:  Pay Period AA-2021:   Pay Period 01-2022:

We’ve come across several vendor contacts where “Deactivate” is greyed out in the Actions menu: Any idea what could be causing that and how to get around it so we can mark these contacts as deactivated?

Hello,Except for one specific screen, production orders do not print with barcodes.We want the default to be printed with barcodes.So if you print the production ticket directly from the order, or use “Print Production Orders”, we want it to print with barcodes.  I don’t see anything in preferences about this.Any thoughts?

After login, the user only gets a spinning wheel and cannot access any screens to use the system.This issue was reported also for Google Chrome, version 76/77, and to proceed to work I had to set Disabled on Enable lazy frame loading (chrome://flags/). But this flag does not exist on the new version of Google Chrome.I mention that this issue I found on the Acumatica version 17.212.0020.

Hello,Can anybody guide me the reason and how to resolve the below attached error ?  Thanks in advance.

I have an override on the SOShipmentEntry CreateInvoice action that works fine when the Prepare Invoice button is pressed on the Shipments screen, but not when it is ran through the Process Shipments screen.  The screenshot below is a simplified version of the override.  The Base.Document.Current.ShipmentNbr field is null and also Base.Transactions.Select() returns no records.  What am I missing?  I need a reference to the shipment nbr so I can reference back to the order to update some custom fields on the invoice that’s generated. ThanksScott

is there a way to insert vendor catalog items into Acumatica without creating a stock item record but instead of catalog item that then converts into a stock item when sold or purchased? Thanks,Nirav Shah

As I wrap my brain further around the framework I’m starting to ask myself questions on the ‘why’ I am coding things the way that I’ve coding so I get better at all of this.I’m not entirely certain what the first graph parameter of a PXSelect is being used for. I think I’ve read somewhere that I shouldn’t generate a generic PXGraph for the first parameter.So, in this example, I can see how my soOrderEntry graph becomes the source of the query so that it will return the lines from the soOrderEntry record that it currently holds.var lines = SelectFrom<SOLine>. Where<SOLine.orderType.IsEqual<SOOrder.orderType.FromCurrent> .And<SOLine.orderNbr.IsEqual<SOOrder.orderNbr.FromCurrent>>> .OrderBy<Desc<SOLine.lineNbr>> .View.Select(soOrderEntry);But, in the case where I need to find, say, a warehouse code and I use:INSite iNSite = INSite.PK.Find(this, siteID);I’ve used ‘this’ because this code resides within a

Hello Everyone,Is it possible to create a dashboard that will show the status as active/inactive instead of showing 0 or 1?Expected Result: I’ve tried like below but am not able to achieve this. Generic InquiryWidget propertiesDashboard

When I reset dialog answer (PaymentCalendar.View.Answer = WebDialogResult.None) in the PaymentCalendar view, my function ,,dublicateItems" Called again and the loop is executed again. How to continue loop execution instead of calling a function?My code public virtual void dublicateItemsOK()        {            foreach (DateTime dateTime in dateTimeList) {                WebDialogResult result = PaymentCalendar.Ask(ActionsMessages.Warning,                   PXMessages.LocalizeFormatNoPrefix(textMessage), MessageButtons.YesNo, MessageIcon.Warning, true);                 if (result != WebDialogResult.Yes) {                 PaymentCalendar.View.Answer = WebDialogResult.None;                 continue; }              }}

Hi All,After we issue an Invoice, there are some cases we have to cancel the Invoice & SO, or adjust the price, we create RM & RC from SO Screen for current. But there are no identification signs on the Original SO that show the Original SO is canceled.It seems we can not know which SO is canceled and which one is processed successfully.Do you have any idea about this?Thank you so much,Yên Chi

I’m wondering if anyone at Acumatica ( especially @vpanchenko ) has some insight on this.I’ve noticed this behavior before, but this is the first time that I got out my stopwatch to time it and verify.I’m on an Acumatica site, pulling data from a Generic Inquiry over Acumatica OData, using Power BI Desktop. The Generic Inquiry is a Generic Inquiry of AR Invoice Lines, pulling from PX.Objects.AR.ARTran and PX.Objects.AR.ARInvoice. The build is 21.209.0034. I tried two different methods of accessing the data: First MethodConnect to the Acumatica OData URL, then browse to the Generic Inquiry within the Power BI user interface, then remove all columns except DocType, RefNbr, and LineNbr using the Power BI user interface. The end result is three columns and this is the Power BI code that gets generated.let Source = OData.Feed("https://mycompany.acumatica.com/odata/production", null, [Implementation="2.0"]), #"PBI-ARInvoiceLines_table" = Source{[Name="PBI-ARInvoiceLines",Signature="tab

What is the difference between restriction groups of type A and type B?

Here’s an easy one!  There are a couple tables I’ve found in the sample database that I cannot find in the Code Repository.  I’m wondering if they are legacy tables that are no longer used.For example, EPEquipmentTimeSheetDetail and EPTimeSheetDetail.  The only place I find them when searching the entire solution is in a file “Settings except Attachmments.esc”    <Exclude  table="EPTimeSheetDetail" />    <Exclude  table="EPEquipmentTimeSheetDetail" /> Are these “dead” files?

Does Acumatica have a build-in tool to reconcile a Vendor Statement of Account?

Hi all,I am a fairly new user and while looking around the integration module, I accidentally uploaded a FA template at “Upload by scenerio”. How can I fix it? Please advise. Thank you.

I found an article on importing purchase order receipts and set everything up as described, however I am getting an error message when running the import: Order Nbr not found.  If I manually perform with the same information, I do not get the error.  I am sure I am missing something, maybe someone can point me in the right direction?I have confirmed that I can select a PO and PI Line, but enter the Lot/Serial number, exp and quantity manually for multiple lots for the same PO line.Being able to do this would save us a lot of time.  We have a PO receipt coming in soon that will have 100+ lines on it.  Thanks in advance!Link to the article: https://www.augforums.com/forums/acumatica-import-scenarios/import-scenario-for-purchase-receipt-with-serialized-stock/
