Hello,I have added text to various places on stock items and none of them seem to print on POs.I’ve checked preferences for settings and did not find anything.Do I have to modify the PO report to include things like notes or description from the description tab?I want to make sure I am just not missing something before I start modifying the PO form.Thanks!

If I have an order for 3 items and I have no stock on hand (non-manufactured items), I still want to allocate those items after a PO is received. How can I allocate the stock such as a mass allocation in Acumatica? I know I can go to each order but if there are many, how can that be done? Looking for any suggestions on experiences or work arounds.

I have a user table and a grid.  I want to ensure that when the user selects a customer in the From Customer field, that customer id is not already in the To Customer column.I’m using the FieldVerifying event on the FromCustomerID field to do the work.This is how I am doing it.  Note that the BAccount line is just so that I can populate the error message with something useful to the user in the error message. protected void _(Events.FieldVerifying<ICSMCCustomersToMerge, ICSMCCustomersToMerge.fromCustomerID> e) { if (e.Row == null || e.NewValue == null) return; ICSMCCustomersToMerge row = e.Row; //see if FromCustomer is in the ToCustomer column ICSMCCustomersToMerge check = Details.Search<ICSMCCustomersToMerge.toCustomerID>((int?)e.NewValue); if (check != null) { //get the AcctCD so it can be displayed in the error message BAccount bAccount = SelectFrom<BAccount>.Where<BAccount.bAccountID.IsEqual<@P.AsInt>>.View.Select(this, (int?)e.NewV

We are using the Easypost plugin in Acumatica and would like to use the Fedex one rate service.  According to the easypost api documentation this is achieved by passing the predefined_package name through to easypost.  We have created a box in Acumatica which is set up to match the Fedex Large box dimensions and with the Easypost predefined_package name for it in the Carrier’s package field (FedExLargeBox). Does the Acumatica Easypost plugin support sending a predefined package name?  If so how do we go about configuring this?  Defining a box with name FEDEXLARGEBOX and the Carrier’s package field populated with FedExLargeBox doesn’t seem to work. We still get varying rates dependent on where an order is shipped.We are using FEDEX_2_DAY as the service method if that has any bearing on it. Thanks for any help, Phil

Hi Everyone, We are planning of creating custom field in our Bigcommerce and Acumatica as a Job tag for each sales order line of the Blanket sales order. Is it possible to use it in creating child orders based on that custom field? Thank you.

Hello,I have a sub report I am adding to a standard report.What is the font and size used on the standard reports so I can match it and make this look better?I don’t see this specific information on the properties of the fields on the standard reports.Thanks,Larry

Hello,I need to make my subreport have a border so it appears as a box on the main report.It seems pretty straightforward.In the Designer Window, the border shows as expected.However, when I print the report there is no border around the subreport.

Is there functionality that allows for paperless traveler in Acumatica?

I am creating a GI that combines the SOOrder and SOLine tables.  When I use the SOOrder.OrderNbr field as a parameter, the magnifying glass to search the Order Numbers does not show any of the sales orders.  I am able to type in an Order Number in the parameter and the inquiry works but I would like to have the search functionality work properly.  Is there another table that needs to be added into the GI to make the searching work?

Good day,One day, I wish these errors were more specific.  I have an BAccount identification error on the attached import scenario.  it seems straightforward; update the general information; credit terms, currency Id and the salesperson for the Main location.  Does not seem to work.  it worked for one record.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you@Evan G

We have been using the “Fetch” and then “Sync” method in “Commerce / Processes”.  Using this approach we were finding that hundred of items would show as “Pending” even after we Fetched and Synced.  We were told to change our procedure and first “Fetch” in Processes, and then sync using the “Sync Status” process ( and not the “Sync” in the Processes area).  Is this method the prefered way sync?  Should we stop using the “Sync” button in the “Commerce / Processes” area?

Hello - I am trying to add this Financial Period Parameter to my Dashboard, but the Widgets do not appear to be updating based on the month selected. Is there something more I need to do to my GI or filter settings on the Widget? Below is how I added my Fin Period:

{ 'client_id': "xxxxxxx@company", 'client_secret': "xxxxxxxxxx", 'grant_type': 'client_credentials', # 'grant_type': 'password', 'scope': "api", 'username': 'xxxx', 'password': 'xxxx',}This is the body I am sending, but I am getting `{'error': 'unauthorized_client'}` what am I missing?Secondly, the documentation says the grant_type must set to `password`, but if I do that, I get `invalid_grant`

Hello,I searched for this and couldn’t seem to find an exact hit.I’d like to duplicate the ‘default Sales Person’ from the Commissions tab on the sales order to the Header so that Sales Reps can see, overtly, who is being defaulted (and change it if necessary) at the header level instead of the Commissions tab.Is this achievable?Cheers,k2

What is the maximum number of Fixed Assets that can be entered in Acumatica?

Hello,I believe the below code should always disable the BasePrice field on the IN202000->PriceCost tab. But it does not.   public class NonStockItemMaint_Extension : PXGraphExtension<PX.Objects.IN.NonStockItemMaint> { #region Event Handlers protected virtual void _(Events.RowSelected < InventoryItem> e) { if (e.Row is InventoryItem row) { PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<InventoryItemCurySettings.basePrice>(e.Cache, row, false); } } }

I have a field in a custom DAC and I created a SQL constraint to ensure it is unique.    [FromCustomerID] [int] NOT NULL UNIQUE,Is there a way I can setup this DAC field to enforce this constraint so that it doesn’t require the DB to be hit prior to identifying the value entered in a grid is invalid?This is my DAC field:        #region FromCustomerID        [Customer(IsKey = true)]        [PXUIField(DisplayName = "From Customer")]        [PXRestrictor(typeof(Where<BAccount.parentBAccountID, IsNull>), ICSMessages.ChildAccount)]        public virtual int?
