Hello, I have added two views to the PMTaskEntry, all works except when I try and delete the PMTask via the UI. I get the following exception.Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute. at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowInvalidOperationException(ExceptionResource resource) at System.Collections.Generic.List`1.Enumerator.MoveNextRare() at PX.Web.UI.PXCallbackManager.GetCallbackResultInternal(PXCallbackResultMethod resultMethod)I think it has to do with the views trying to refresh while the row is being deleted, but I am not sure.I appreciate the help, thanks in advance. public class PMTaskEntry_Ext : PXGraphExtension<PX.Objects.PM.ProjectTaskEntry> { public static bool IsActive() => (true); #region Cost Budget //[PXFilterable(new Type[] { })] [PXDependToCache(typeof(PMTask))] public PXSelect<PMCostBudget, Where<PMCostBudget.projectID, Equal<Current<PMTask.projectID>>, And<

We have a client that allows employees to requisition items from the company stores (inventory).  The transaction is not a purchase requisition as the company already has the inventory on-hand.  The Stores Manager receives the requisitions and processes them through a reserve/pick/pack/ship process that delivers the requested goods to the requesting employee and then closes the requisition.  Does anyone know of such a process that exists in their IP inventory or anything like it on the Market Place?  I’ve looked and all I can find are items relating to Purchase Requisitions and this requirement is not that.

My production team has requested a daily production report/inquiry where they can compare production cost and sales price. Is there a way to link a Production Order cost and Sales Price? Some but not all of our Productions Orders are linked to a sales order, so I wasn’t sure if this was doable.

On certain items we ship out and include on a Pick List, our teams will modify the description on the Shipments screen. We want this modified description to appear on the Pick List. I am bringing in the SOShipLine.TranDesc but it still shows the InventoryItem.Descr instead? In example below, we have modified the description on the Shipment screen (image A). We then Print Pick List, however the description shown remains the original description associated with the inventory item (image B) - not the description per inventory item on the Shipment. I have modified the Pick List in Report Designer so it displays SOShipLine.TranDesc (image C) - but it still doesn’t show the correct description. Image A  Image B Image C

Hello, What Do I need setup to show next screen:Best regards and thank you

I’m not seeing any selection the the charge section. How do I add?

I need to override the accountattribute so that it accepts inactive accounts, how do I do this, currently the restrictors I want to remove…..     [PXDBInt]    [PXInt]    [PXRestrictorAttribute(typeof(Where<Account.active, Equal<True>>), "Account is inactive.", new[] { })]    [PXRestrictorAttribute(typeof(Where<Where<Current<GLSetup.ytdNetIncAccountID>, IsNull, Or<Account.accountID, NotEqual<Current<GLSetup.ytdNetIncAccountID>>>>>), "YTD Net Income Account cannot be used in this context.", new[] { })]    [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Account", Visibility = PXUIVisibility.Visible, FieldClass = "ACCOUNT")]   public class AccountAttribute : AcctSubAttribute, IPXFieldVerifyingSubscriber, IPXRowPersistingSubscriber    {        public const string DimensionName = "ACCOUNT";        public AccountAttribute();

My issue is when using the export feature the table fills with empty values. So, we get these gaps of information. I tired making a line of code to cancel the line entry if the value was null but it doesn’t seem to be working. This causes a different problem where the table is only populated with one or two entries. The bottom code is  =IIF([ItemCode]<>null, '',  '<Action: Cancel>')I think it may have something to do with the restrictions but not sure on what exactly. Even trying to add a restriction to not pull empty values isn’t fixing the issue.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,I have apps I made particularly in Appsheet. There are data from some transactions I want to connect with, like from SO, the client, their orders, etc. Is that possible?Thank you for any information or ideas!

Multiple vendors that we work with send “no charge” warranty replacement parts that associate with open Service Order & Appointments in Acumatica. My instinct in Acumatica is to create a Zero $ purchase order from the service order and once the parts arrive enter a receipt to match. My challenge is that Fifo layers don’t play nice with this circumstance and the first available layer is what posts to the document when it is invoiced. I need the parts ordered on PO for these jobs to be reflected in the Service Order/Appointment at $0.Any ideas on how to achieve this outcome? I considered using a non stock item with the applicable part #, but then I lose the benefit of issue reports and adjusting my replenishment to keep up with demand.

Is there a way I can specify specific files to move to my local storage and not all;MOVE FILES TO STORAGE moves all files in the database to local storage specified, but I don't want to move all of them, I need to move specific files to local. Kindly help

please me download the Acumatica 2023 version

Hi Team, When I trying to perform cash transactions in the “Entry Type” field I didn’t find anything even though I have already created some of the “Entry types”. What is the issue here I really don’t understand. Thanks,Nithya

I have added UDF’s to the Employee Time Card screen.  The screen is fine on the web site.I’ve added these fields to the Mobile App.  One of the selectors works without adding anything extra to the xml.  The other 3 look exactly the same as far as the DAC is setup.  I cannot understand why one works and the other 3 do not.  I’ve gone through other posts for possible solutions.  None of them are working.  If the UDF’s contain data, they display fine on the mobile app.  You just cannot lookup a value in those selectors. Here is a screenshot of the screen for a new entry.  Note that the WG Task field allows me to lookup a value.  The other 3 with a red X do not do anything. Also, the Workgroup field is a standard Acumatica field (not UDF) that I added to the app.  It is a lookup field on the web site, but not on the mobile app. Just to show that the UDF’s are mapping correctly, here is a Detail that shows values when there is data in the fields (entered via the web site):Here is the DAC fiel

Has anyone come up with a good way to report on “time logged in” for a user.I think it’s a challenge with a web application like Acumatica because you aren’t really “connected”. As far as I know, Acumatica just knows the last time that you interacted with the system. There is a “timeout” feature so Acumatica must somehow maintain the last time that you interacted with the system so it can require you to login if your last interaction was too long ago according to the timeout setting in the web.config file. But I want to report on “minutes logged in” for each user.It would be cool if Acumatica tracked when it “logs you out” according to a period of inactivity, but I don’t think that’s how it works. I think it only works according to the “timeout” feature described above.Looking at the data in the Access History (SM201045) screen, I was initially thinking to count minutes between an Operation of Login and Logout, but it appears that Acumatica only records a Logout Operation if you specific

Hi Community,How do I apply a misc cash application? We are a non profit that receives large cash donations. We do not create an invoice as these are random.I tried Banking>Bank Deposits> CA Deposit> Select the Charges tab entering the rev accounts. but the following error. My “charge” does not return levels. Thanks,

I am looking to build a customization to export shipment header and line detail information to an XML file.  I can do this easily within SQL using the XML writing shortcut, but I’m curious whether I can do something similar within Acumatica to generate the same file. There are a few things I shortcut below, such as contact info is not in the header of the shipment, but this is close to the format I am looking to export.SELECT ship.ShipmentNbr AS [@ShipmentNbr], ship.Customer As [@CustomerID], ship.CustomerName As [@CustomerName], ship.ShipmentDate As [@ShipDate], ship.CompanyName As [@ShipToName], ship.Phone1 As [@Phone1], ship.Fax As [@Fax], ship.Email As [@Email], ship.Location As [@Location], ship.LocationName As [@LocationName], ship.WarehouseID As [@WarehouseID], ship.WarehouseName As [@WarehouseName], ship.TotalShipmentQty As [@TotalShipmentQty], ship.ShippedWeight As [@ShippedWeight], ship.ShipVia As [@ShipVia], ship.AddressLine1 As [@AddressLine1], ship.AddressLine2 As [@Addres

Hi Community,I’m trying to add a misc cash deposit. How do I add selections in Entry Type?

We have several projects in different states, other than our own that our technicians are working. How do we process a paycheck to withhold from the state they are performing the work for those hours, in addition to the hours working at our home base.If an employee lives in Texas, but is working in Arkansas for a week, will the project allow for his time to be charged to the state where the withholding will need to occur (Arkansas)?

A reference was made in the solution below to “report designer  Page Setting >>Margins>>Top.”Can someone please post a screen shot of this path?  I do not see it in my Report Designer and am wondering if it is not loading properly. Thanks

what are your thoughts?Should you be able to schedule an Appointment in the Waiting for Parts status?

There is a Quick Checks screen (AP304000). It is maintained with predefined workflow.I need to customize some actions of the workflow.Just in case, I use 2022 R1 version.Examples, to be specific with my customization needs:When is invoked the Release action, I need to write the quick check amount to my custom table. When is invoked the Void action, I need to delete the amount from my custom table.I don't need to change the workflow. I need to expand activities that are done by the present actions. If to customize actions properties with the customization editor. On the Field Update tab I have access to the fields of the Quick Check screen only. When to customize via code. There is no place to declare action body. I know how to extend a regular graph action – declare delegate, then in the extended method invoke base method. But how to extend an action of a workflow?

I would like to check if Credit Memos or Prepayments exists when loading an Invoice. How programmatically incorrect is it to query the database on RowSelected? (I know you’re not supposed to make changes in RowSelected).

Does anyone use Destini Estimating along with Acumatica?
