Solved

Okay so I am working with Celigo to migrate data between legacy ERP systems to Acumatica.  One task is to create Customer Records in Acumatica, will work on Vendors next.  With Customers though there are two Topclass endpoints I am looking to use: Customer and BusinessAccount. However, 3 required fields on the Customer Record are AR Account, Sales Account, and Cash Discount Account. I am trying to set them via a webservice call but don’t see these fields available under the default Endpoint and under either Customer or BusinessAccount TopClasses. I know we can set them on the Customer Class via the CustomerClass Endpoint but don’t see it under Business Account or Customer. Any information on what these values are so I can set them using ideally the customer Endpoint? Do I need to duplicate the default Endpoint and then extend Customer?

I have added custom fields to the cases screen.  When you select a record type, the Service Type field should be cleared so the user has to select a new value.  The Service Type selector is filled with data based on the selected Record Type. When you select a new value in the Record Type field, the Service Type should be set to null.Strangely, it works, but ONLY if it is the FIRST time you update the Record Type after bringing up the case.Any changes in that field other than the first one, the Service type is not being cleared.I used the RowSelected handler for CRCase to try to null the field.          protected virtual void _(Events.RowSelected<CRCase> e)        {            CRCase row = (CRCase)e.Row;            if (row == null) return;            CRCaseExt itemExt = PXCache<CRCase>.GetExtension<CRCaseExt>(row);            if (itemExt == null) return;            if (itemExt.UsrServiceTypeID != null)            {                SSGCRServTypeRecTypeLinks link = SelectF

I am wondering if anyone can help me find the steps to enable SSO (Microsoft Azure AD, OAuth 2.0) on Acumatica Cloud.Do not need the steps to create an application in Azure AD. Only the Acumatica side.We are not able to create an external identity provider, and all of the instructions I find are for on-prem instances not SaaS and require modifying the install filesThank you!!

Hello,Importing production orders in 3 steps.1 scenario creates production order2 scenario adds operationlast scenario is to add material to the existing operations.Does anyone have a working model they can share?

I have a generic inquiry that I am using an IIF statement in the Results Grid to add and populate a column in the GI results.. The statement is as follows:=IIf( [SOInvoice.DocDesc] = 'ROLLER', '050116', ' ' )What I am running into is there have been a few time where the SOInvoice.DocDesc containers more than just “ROLLER”, it might have ROLLER - xyz. When the GI is run this field is empty if the parameter of ‘ROLLER’ isn’t exact. Is there a wildcard available in Acumatica like the * in VB?Thank you!

Hello, I am trying to upload a project transaction entry to a Pro Forma invoice. I see it under ‘upload unbilled transactions’. So I selected the transaction and clicked on ‘upload and close’ but it seems to not be working. Any idea on what I can do to fix this?

I am going through the S130 Data Retrieval and Analysis, second lesson. We are going through setting up the Navigation Targets and Parameters. There are three Navigation Targets, AP303000 - Vendors,AR303000 - Customers, and CR303000 - Business Accounts. The Window Mode is Side Panel for all three. Selecting any of the Navigation Targets, such as the AP303000 - Vendors, Navigation Parameters is set for AcctCD, Parameter BAccount.AcctCD has been set, Icon is the directions car (all set up in accordance with the video). When I attempt to save my work, an error pops up stating:Error: ‘NavigationScreenLineNbr’ cannot be empty.

Hello community,I would like to know if we can have sub-licensing in Acumatica. We have a prospect where they record the transactions from different companies (probably their own clients) and they are looking if Acumatica allows sub-licensing, as they would also like to get the system implemented for those clients, under the same instance but as a different tenant. Came to know that we might not have the sub-licensing feature. I was wondering about the customer portal for all the clients. I would like to have your thoughts/suggestions on this, as to how can we implement this. Thanks in advance.

Hello,I’m trying to Import a Customer List using the out of the box import scenario.  I’m getting a “BAccount” error with the below details.  The import scenario is attached below as well.  What do I need to add or change?  Thank you!

Hi,I create a snapshot with option: Settings and Business Account exception Attachments (since the option Full give the file up to a TB)then export it and import to another environment and I got the following error:It seems like the new instance is missing some dll. How could I export it from source environment?

Hi All,I got a check apply for 2 bills. Is it possible to voided only 1 bill from check?

I want a selector that will let me pick a BAccountID from a list of BAccounts which I filter, but I also want it to have one additional option I can pick “All Trading Partners”. If all I want is to pick a BAccountID then I would just use a vanilla selector, however since I also want that additional option, I’m trying to use a simple Custom Selector here is an example. Here is the selectorpublic class SimpleSelectorAttribute : PXCustomSelectorAttribute { [Serializable] public class SelectorFields : IBqlTable { #region id public abstract class id : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<id> {} [PXString] public virtual string Id {get; set;} #endregion #region displayField public abstract class displayField : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<displayField>{} [PXString] public virtual string DisplayField {get; set;} #endregion } public SimpleSelecto

Firstly, this is a two-part question:Part One, is it possible to use the API endpoint interface to insert data into existing screens from within the same customisation project? I obviously don’t want to write POST or PUT requests externally as the data transfer is within the same application, but the API endpoints are easy to use for data insertion in a global JSON format and I would avoid situations like below.Any opinions or thoughts would be appreciated. Part Two, I am trying to make new records of a time sheet in the EP305000 screen and this requires entering data into the main page and a tab in that page.  I have successfully inserted data into pages in the past using the View / VewDelegate, method where you create a new instance. This time I need to insert data into two parts of the page and I have no idea how to do this, my attempt is below.  // View - using EPT Time card as its the header, I'm inserting data into header and Tab - error        public PXSelect<EPTimeCard> I

Hello.  We have a biometric clock for finger prints on sites (construction edition) that captures workers time in/out.  Another function pulls the logs of the timeclock to our local network and an excel file opens and the Velixo writeback function either updates or adds (if doesn’t exist) an employee time card.Everything works fine, but we want to automate this and when Power Automate opens the excel file, the Acumatica from Velixo is no longer there.I’m guessing it’s because an automation routine is loading excel and not seeing myself as the user so Velixo isn’t installed.Anyone have experience with this or a work around?

Hello Everyone.I would like to understand the functionality of Avg cost in sales order I have reviewed the Stock Item Price cost and observed that avg cost is 256.85 but in My sales order when the SKU is selected it is showing 303.50Further, I verified and observed the avg cost value is coming from the inventory summary- Estimated cost columnJust want to understand why the estimated cost value is not updated on the avg cost details under that SKU or else do we have functional calculations on this?Any thoughts on this? Also, share the article if you have anything related to this. Notes: All receipts are released, No pending transactions for this item with the respective purchasing side

Hi, I am trying to import open sales order data by using the Import by Scenario in Acumatica. I am getting the error “‘CustomerID’ cannot be empty”.The CustomerID field has the Customer ID numbers, it is the column highlighted in red on the attachment.Does anyone know what may be causing this error? It is not triggering the error for a few orders listed in the second screenshot.

Hi all, trying to hunt down an issue. We have this value in our Inventory Item on our Order Verification Report:=IIf([SOLine.InventoryID]<>Null, Format( '{0}: {1}', [SOLine.InventoryID],[SOLine.TranDesc]),[SOLine.TranDesc])So far so good.I duplicated it a few times as we want the item to be formatted with a different color depending on conditions. If it’s an inactive item, format red. Normal item, black. If it has a popup note, format it blue.Items usually format as they should. But I’m having occasional issues where an item with no popup note is still formatting blue. Here are the visible expressions:=[InventoryItem.NotePopupText]='' and [InventoryItem.ItemStatus]=’AC’ and [InventoryItem.ItemType]='F'=[InventoryItem.NotePopupText]<>'' and [InventoryItem.ItemStatus]=’AC’ and [InventoryItem.ItemType]='F'=[InventoryItem.ItemStatus]<>’AC’=[InventoryItem.ItemType]='N'The occasional items that format blue do not have a popup note (=’’), they are active (=’AC’) and are a fin

When my company users login they get a home page that is not my company’s.  The company’s home page has been setup in site settings and in all users profiles.  However, it does not show up when login in. Instead a “generic” acumatica page shows up.  The user has to click on the company logo (Upper left corner) to launch my company’s page.  Users are finding this very invasive!  We need help asap!

Hi,I want to import attached BOF file which is prospects into Acumatica. Can someone kindly advise on the suitable screen to do the import?

If a customer has a Live and Test tenant what are the ramifications of publishing a customization in Test for testing and not in Live ?  Is there any documentation that says you can publish in one tenant and not the other ?

Hello - When browsing the payables screen, in one tenant, we are still able to view our amounts on the Bills and Adjustments main screen, even when the Bill is “closed”(screenshot 1). However, on another tenant, we are only seeing a 0.00 amount for any Bill that is closed.(screenshot 2) Making it frustrating if attempting to search for an invoice/bill by a particular amount, without having to drill into each on individually. I am sure this is just a preference somewhere but I have not been able to track it down. Can anyone point out some tips or tricks to make this populate? Thanks!

Hi dears, Has anyone seen this before? Whenever I hit the run billing, it creates extra lines with no information. It happened one of my client site several times, raised case few months ago but no luck get answer till now. Today, it happened to me while doing P100 course in the demo site. Here is the steps what I did:Used template to create Projects Uploaded the Tasks and Revenues budgets  Created the Project transactions Changed the Revenue Budget Level as a task  Then hit the run billing (it was normal and then tested few following things) Changed the few things under the cost Budget, but removed the figures Changed the Inventory ID’s for Revenue and Cost Budget Changed the billing rule Then hit the run billing again I suspect it is because of inventory but can’t really figure out why or how to stop. ThanksEddie
