We created an ARM Consolidated Income Statement with the following details: Report Code: CONPL Title: Consolidated Statement with Trees Issue:All units in the Unit Set are printing, including sub-units.Desired behavior:We only want the root-level units (directly under ROOT, such as AJ, AK, AP, AQ) to print. We do not want child units under those nodes to print (for example: AJ106030, AJ206030, AJ506030).We attempted to control this using Printing Group, but it appears that Printing Group only controls row/column visibility—not whether a unit itself prints.Question:Is there a way in ARM to prevent sub-units from printing within a Unit Set (for example via Printing Group, filtering, or wildcards), or is the only supported approach to create a separate Unit Set that includes only the root-level units intended for consolidated reporting?Any confirmation or best-practice guidance would be appreciated.

i am trying to setup Total row in ARM, after set formula in column. How do I display the total that I have created in the row set? I was asked to create a Trial Balance with an ending balance of Debit and Credit, as a result the column uses a fairly long formula. My guess is that because of the formula, the total row set cannot display the sum. or maybe because I am using a subaccount Row Set the total row set cannot display the sum. Thank you,Jefri

Hello Acumatica folks,Our emailing Statements fail to send, when the print invoices is NOT selected. But when the print statement is selected to the ones that did not process, they then process.  However we don't want to print and mail and also send an email.  If we have both selected we will print / mail and email.  We only want to email.  With invoices we select one or the other, not both.  How do we set NOT to print statements when we just want to email the statement? We can do one or the other or both.  We only want to do one task, not both.  For it to work I had to select both and that is not what we want to do.   Error Message:Email cannot be created for the specified report 'AR641500' because the report has not been generated or the email settings are not specified. We reviewed one account that worked and one that didn't work, one difference we notice is  that the one that didn't work doesn't have the Print statement checked, the one that worked does have this checked,

Hi, we have a subcontract that incurred backcharges for scope that was bought out by another company that ran the subcontract total amount into the negative. We recently changed our ERP to Acumatica and we are looking to track this backcharge but cannot process the change orders that run the subcontract into the negative. How can I track this negative commitment amount for my project buyout summary?ex. Subcontract A issued for $5,000. Subcontractor A failed to perform work and another Subcontractor B bought their contract for $5,100. We need to process a deductive change order for the buyout amount to accurately track the money owed to us by Subcontractor A for the increased cost of Subcontractor B.

I’m having trouble getting a field to show up as a Rich Text field in the Modern UI.  Here is what I have:  The answer still displays as a single-line textbox<template>  <qp-fieldset id="Document_PXLayoutRule1_fs" view.bind="Document" wg-container="Document_form">    <field name="Question"></field>  </qp-fieldset>  <qp-fieldset id="Document_PXLayoutRule2_fs" view.bind="Document" wg-container="Document_form">    <field name="Answer" multi-line="true" rows="20" control="rich-text" style="height: 400px; width: 100%"></field>  </qp-fieldset></template> An HTML box would work for me ever better…

With the retirement of Authorize.net, we want to swap out Authorize.net as the payment processor in our BigCommerce platform and in its place use Acumatica Payments. Is there a guide somewhere for this? We already are using Acumatica Payments in Acumatica.  We now want to add it as the processor in BigCommerce. Patrick

Hi, I have a customized report (attached) and added the stock item’s Alternate ID of the parent customer. The column I’ve added this into the report is called ‘Customer Code’. However, quantities are multiplied. Can you please help me correct my joins or if joins are correct, the conditional statement is wrong.I ran this report for Account C013554. Product code is 4005 and customer code is 1909830C000916 is the parent customer of C013554As you know, C00916 is the parent customer of C013554. I want to pull the Alternate ID of this parent customer

Hi All,We have a few clients where the native Guest Customer functionality won’t suffice for them. They would like to have Guest Customers from BigCommerce still be created as a Customer record in Acumatica as long as the Email is not assigned anywhere else yet.Is this natively supported somehow?Either via Mapping or other functionality?

Hello everyone, I am looking to change the UI availability for the editing of fields when a Sales Order is in shipping.I have moved the Credit Hold stage to the Shipment stage because of how our business processes work, we process and manufacture Sales Orders but do not ship until the leadership team is satisfied with payments. I am aware that I can make the fields editable through a RowSelected handler, however, would it be better to override the DisableWholeScreen method which is used in the SO workflow to make these fields editable.Another condition that needs to be satisfied is that the Qty on Shipments field cannot be higher than 0, for the fields to be editable, I am not sure if I can put a condition into a workflow .WithFieldAssignments method. Could someone advise on what the best way to go forward with this would be. Thanks,Aleks

I have noticed that there were manual entries posted to the GL Account with inventory movement. Howvere, after the reconcilation with these GL entries there is some more mismatch. What could be the any possible reasons for these.

Hey there! I’m really interested in being able to see “Qty on Hand” based on the receipt number. As an example the window that appears when you search for a receipt number in the adjustments screen. Has anyone made a GI like this?

Does anyone know if it's possible to add the Load Documents Options feature from AR Payments to AP Checks and Payments. In AP the load documents button seems like it only pulls the ~100 oldest records. This would save our payables team a lot of time and effort Screenshot from AR Payments & Applications below

We are looking for a way to send an email notification out when a BOM revision gets used in a production order for the first time. For example, an existing BOM gets a new revision. The first time that gets used in a production order we want a notification to go out. Anyone know the best way to approach this? I assume some sort of new GI is needed.

Working in 24r2 version, creating an email template with table inserting release AP check application history.   I believe the view ‘APPost’ is correct as the email does display table entries for the number of documents in the application, but each table entry is repeat of same information.  I have changed the data elements to many different selections, sometimes nothing is displayed. In 24r2, the selection is ‘ADJUST HISTORY’. Visual viewHTML viewemail body created

Is there a way for the system to automatically complete all the move transactions for a series of linked production orders? Our situation is as follows:I create a production order for Item A, it requires Items B+C and creates production orders for them. In turn Items B+C require several other item production orders. The end result can be a sizable tree of linked production orders. We want to be able to say “we have finished Item A” and have it complete all the sub-assemblies in proper sequence without us having to manually do move transactions on all the sub-assemblies.

How can we setup a deduction and benefit code for health insurance.  IE, employee pays 15% and employer pays 85% however, this is based on the employees specific health insurance amount.  If total group policy is $10,000 per month and employee part is $1,000 per month, the health insurance deduction should be $150 for employee and $850 for employer.   Thanks

Looking for a detailed customer report I can generate.  Wasnt sure if there is a standard template already available in Acumatica or is it more of a customization?Just looking based on a customer:Invoice, Total, Dates, Due Date, Checks Received,  etc.I currently just use Customer Details and export to Excel and adjust that way, but wouldnt mind something a little more formal.

Since LineNbr is no longer in the POFixedDemand DAC, does anyone have a BQL SELECT example for getting it from the recommended (dev release notes) CreatePOOrdersFromSODemandsExt graph extension?  Here’s my current BQL:

I have a question about the following scenario with Shopify ...Stock of item x in the warehouse = 1 piece Stock of item x in the store = 1 piece Customer 1 orders item x in the store (Order 1) Stock of item x in the store is now actually = 0 piece Order 1 is not immediately imported into the ERP system due to errors, etc Stock of item x in the warehouse and in the store remains = 1 Piece Customer 2 orders item x in the store (Order 2) Order 1 from customer 1 is imported and order 2 from customer 2 is backordered or rejected or Order 2 from customer 2 is imported and order 1 from customer 1 is backordered or rejected only after the import of one of the two orders is the stock in the warehouse = 0 pieces and article x is not available in the storeThe problem is store orders for item x, which actually no longer has any stock.Does anyone know a solution for this?Thx in advance.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to disable scanning of serial numbers during the picking process? Our client is also prompted to scan the serial numbers at the packing process, which is preferable, but it is duplicative work to also be required to scan during picking. If not, does anyone have any workarounds or solutions? Ideally our client can still pick using scanners but just not be required to scan serial numbers at that time.

Hi,I’ve added the relevant tables and joins in the Customer master GI to display the customer’s bank account number. However, instead of the actual values, the GI is showing 0000000000.Refer to below screenshot.      I’ve attached the GI file for reference.Has anyone come across this issue before, or know how to correctly display the customer bank account number?
