Hi Everyone Is there a way to see the document LINE attachments in the Vendor Details Screen (AP402000) without opening the actual document?  Thanks

I have a requirement to create a purchase receipt using Acumatica API.This is my code for that. RootObject obj = new RootObject(); obj.Type = "Receipt"; obj.VendorID = "GRI SL"; obj.VendorRef = "2131"; obj.Locatrion = "Main"; obj.ShipmentRef = "00028"; obj.Date = DateTime.ParseExact("10/10/2022", "dd/MM/yyyy",CultureInfo.InvariantCulture); obj.PostPeriod = DateTime.ParseExact("10/10/2022", "dd/MM/yyyy",CultureInfo.InvariantCulture); var jsonStrings = JsonConvert.SerializeObject(obj); PXTrace.WriteInformation(jsonStrings); var jsonString = JObject.Parse(jsonStrings); PXTrace.WriteInformation(jsonString.ToString()); var URL = "https://globalrubberindustrieslimited.acumatica.com/entity/CustomEndpoint/22.200.001/PurchaseReceipt"; var httpRequest = (HttpWebRequest)WebRequest.Create(URL); httpRequest.Method = "PUT"; httpRequest.ContentType = "application/json";

We have a client that has multiple production lines that they can choose from to perform the same operation. I am trying to use APS to automatically fill the capacity of these lines. As of yet I have not found a suitable solution to achieve this. Does anybody have some advice here?

Hi,Does anyone know how to get data from a hidden table in Acumatica report designer? We have a reference number to get from, but it is not visible in Acumatica report designer. How to get to this table in the report designer?     Thank you.

Hi,I have already imported the basic fixed asset information. We are doing a FA implementation and the system is in migration mode. However, I am trying to do a second import only to update the Last Depr Period and Accum. Depr (see below) and my import is failing. The second screenshot is my import scenario. I have also attached a copy of my data provider. What fields am I missing in my import scenario or Data Provider.  Thank you,Frances

Good day, I am trying to delete a Non-Stock Item from several BOMs, but the mapping that I have is giving me an error “Field: Operation ID, Value: 0020, Error: An attempt was made to add a duplicate entry.”, and I have the Line Number = 0, to not create any other lines, just to identify the material that needs to be deleted.Any ideas why this will try to create a record instead of following the mapping to delete the Material?Thank you so much!

I have a customization project which includes a custom JSON object which i created.foreach (PXResult<POLine> result in polineview.Select()){ POLine line = result; if(order.OrderNbr == line.OrderNbr) { // Sample JSON object var sampleJsonObject = new { OrderNbr = order.OrderNbr, CustomerOrderNo = "CS0005", CusomterOrderLineField = new { PartNo = "P002", UnitCost = line.CuryUnitCost, InventoryID = line.InventoryID } }; string json = Newtonsoft.Json.JsonConvert.SerializeObject(sampleJsonObject); PXTrace.WriteInformation(json); } }JSON Data:{ "OrderNbr":"000453", "CustomerOrderNo":"CS0005", "CusomterOrderLineField":{ "PartNo":"P002", "UnitCost":367.640000, "InventoryID":18066 }}My API is http://testinstan

Hello Fellow Acumatica users! :)We need retainage to show up on all of the AP & AR agings?  Do any of you have ideas on how to make this happen?  (We had it in Sage300, and now don’t have the same visibility with Acumatica.)

Hello,I am trying to bold a description field of a particular row without also bolding the GL value. Is this possible to do on only one row and not all rows in a singular column?My goal is to get “REVENUE” to display on row 110:

Hello All,If I am not mistaken, Acumatica introduced “IsInSubselect” & “IsNotInSubselect” with FBQL which is the Equivalent of “IN” and “NOT IN” of SQL. When we use these two functions it is translated to SQL correctly but they have a deadly flaw. This flaw impacts the whole result and when you expect to have thousands of records you get NONE. Look at the two below SQL queries (just logic, do not think what a stupid query). Please note I can NOT use Join//#1SELECT * FROM Vendor WHERE BAccountID NOT IN (SELECT DefPOAddressID FROM BAccount WHERE DefPOAddressID IS NULL)//#2SELECT * FROM Vendor WHERE BAccountID NOT IN (SELECT ISNULL(DefPOAddressID, 0) FROM BAccount WHERE DefPOAddressID IS NULL) Both queries are instructing SQL to return all vendors which do not have DefPOAddressID but the first query returns none while the second one in my case over 2,000 and this is what I expect to get. The only difference is the ISNULL wrapping. Acumatica translates its queries to the first one so I

Hi, Upon adding the same location in warehouses, upon saving the added location does it disappear?We want to tag a different project task in one location to process a transaction with project ID tagging.Thanks!

I’m trying to update an attribute value on appointments in Postman but the value will not update.Here is my PUT request:{{acuBaseUrl}}/Appointment?$filter=ServiceOrderType eq 'PM' and AppointmentNbr eq 'SV001280-1'&$expand=Attributes&$select=AppointmentNbr,Attributes/Attribute,Attributes/ValueHere is the body:{    "ServiceOrderType": { "value": "PM" },    "AppointmentNbr": { "value": "SV001280-1" },    "Attributes":     [        {            "AttributeID": {"value": "Is Inspection Complete?"},            "Value": {"value": true}        }    ]}I’m not sure what else needs to be done.  I’ve also tried using the Attribute ID of INSPECTED but it still won’t update.  I’m using the Default/22.200.001 endpoint.

As the title states, I am new to Acumatica.Where is the DACs documentation? I can’t find anything about BAccount, BAccount2, etc. In the same DAC extension, can I reference a different field in the selector query? For example, the user selects a customer and then I want to populate another field with that customer’s projects. Is it best practice to put each customization in its own “project”, i.e. I have a customization the SO screen and another for the PO screen. Should all customizations for the same screen be in the same “project”?

I’m having the most trouble with PO approvals. I have a simple PO approval that is just checking for a particular project. While I get the approval task for the assigned person, the workflow continues on and doesn’t provide the “Approve” or “Reject” buttons. Any ideas?Side note: i just had this working a few weeks ago. It seems to randomly work and stop working. Not sure what is going on.  See below:

Is there a way in which one can add vidoes to the customer portal visible to all cusotmers?

Dear Team,Please let me ask about Contract Management in Acumatica.Does Contract Management in Acumatica only manage service contracts? This means that Contract Management in Acumatica only manages service contracts (Non-Stock Items)We currently sell Goods in stock (Stock Items). We have to make paper contracts for customers. Can we apply Contract Management in Acumatica to manage contracts for the sale of inventory goods? Best Regards,NNT

Hello everyone,I added the Shipments screen to the mobile app. There are only a few fields that we need in the mobile app. All of the fields show up in the app except Tracking URL. Here is the code: add screen SO302000 { add container "ShipmentSummary" { add field "ShipmentNbr" add field "Status" add field "Customer" add field "Location" add field "ShipmentDate" add field "Description" add field "Packages#BoxID" { special = AllowEdit } add field "Packages#TrackingNumber" add field "Packages#Carrier" add field "Packages#TrackingUrl" add recordAction "Save" { behavior = Save } add recordAction "Cancel" { behavior = Cancel } add recordAction "ConfirmShipmentAction" attachments { } }}Again, all fields show up except Tracking URL. I also tried changing the name to TrackURL and that didn’t work either. Any ideas?

Morning everyone,In previous version 2019, we were able to add printed forms in PO screen using automation steps. But somehow in newer version of 2023 R1 Build 23.107.0022, system says “This screen uses the new workflow engine. Hello Guys, I am trying to configure new sales price for the inventory item on the sales price form and the following error is comming on the screen. “AR Error: Duplicate Sales Price. This line overlaps with another Sales Price (Price: 500.000000, Effective Date: 1/1/2012, Expiration Date: )”

Hi, I've created a GI to display the serial number details of sales order lines. I intend to retrieve this information from the "SOLineSplit.LotSerialNbr" field. However, even after joining the "SOLine" table with the "SOLineSplit" table, I'm encountering an issue where the GI result grid does not display any output. I've attached the GI for your reference. Can someone assist me with this problem?

Do I need to add a line item to revenue budget FIRST before putting a change order in that will affect my revenue budget? I hate having to add it first and then do a change order but it seems like that what Acumatica requires?

Hi all,Working my way through S130 and realized I had never worked with aggregates, so I copied Invoices and Memos to create an aggregate of counts, totals and average by customer:Everything is grouped correctly by customer and displays totals and counts perfectly; average however doesn’t show up (even though I have visibility checked in results grid).Also, I turned on Total Aggregate and everything is summed correctly for the totals, but not the counts.Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?Average also isn’t displaying in the column configurator:

Hello, I am having a hard time finding the location of a specific class so that I can tweak access rights. I am looking to edit the rights for the unit conversions section of the stock items page. I see that the data class is called ‘INUnit’, but I cannot find this on the ‘access rights by screen’ page. Can anyone please let me know where this class is nested so that I can edit the rights to it? Thanks, Casey
