hi I am trying to load U100 to my localhost but it shows error present in screen shot below. Can someone please guide me on this.

Our production is hosted in Acumatica SAAS environment and users login using Active Directory.  We created a new instances in our PCS environment for Testing purposes and restored  a snapshot of production.  Can someone please share how I change our sandbox to enable the users to login using their existing user ids so they still maintain all their previous roles and have their favorites, dashboards etc.

I need to allow limited access to a branch outside a user’s home branch. One specific example - Our production managers need to see inventory levels at branches other than their own. This ability lets them find stock items they need to order from a sister branch. I don’t want to give the production manger the same rights they have on their own branch. Is there a way to do this? Also, this is just an example. There are other similar situations.

Good day, Can we kindly request some assistance regarding extracting data from a general enquiry form via an api call. We’re trying to export a large list of data (screenshot 1) containing product stock details. We’ve created a general inquiry form and extended an api endpoint. Upon trying to query this new endpoint we are receiving an error: "Optimization cannot be performed.View Results has BQL delegate (screenshot 2) We’ve also had a look at perhaps creating a custom export action endpoint (screenshot 3) for the general enquiry form. Unfortunately we’ve been unsuccessful in attempts to achieve this. Any guidance regarding either approach will be appreciated. Kind regards,Alecia

Team - I'm encountering an error while trying to create a new project record in Postman. I've included all the mandatory fields that are required when creating a project directly in the UI.Here's the issue:I'm getting an error when sending the request through Postman. I'm unsure if fields like "ProjectID" need to be populated when creating a record. In the UI, these seem to be generated automatically. For reference, I included "ProjectID" : {"value" : "<NEW>"} in my request body, but it didn't resolve the error.Could someone please advise on:What I might be missing that's causing the error (406) in Postman? Whether fields like "ProjectID" need a specific value when creating a record or are they indeed auto-generated?  I was referring the below link to create request, https://help.acumatica.com/(W(15))/Wiki/ShowWiki.aspx?pageid=13f5f5b8-33d1-40d9-83db-3f3dfc5dcba9

Hello All,I recently created (yesterday) a BE which was running as expected, but today it is not getting triggered. No conditions have been modified and not date conditions have been added to run the business event. What might be the reason? has anyone faced such issue on the same? I have faced this multiple times and when i created a new BE with the same parameters/filters/conditions then it got to working.

Is there a design tool that can be used for building email templates for marketing campaigns in the CRM module? Customers can’t always write HTML / CSS, so wondering is there a design tool integration? Or perhaps they can create a design somewhere and copy paste the HTML / CSS into the Email Template?

Our client needs the Purchase Order total that includes the tax to also be reflected on the Project screen (Cost Budget, Balance, etc.). On this screen the total appears without the tax. e.g. Purchase Order Detail Total 325.20 with tax 362.60 It is interesting that on the  Project screen (Cost Budget, Balance, etc.).  the total appears with the tax 362.60 Is there any configuration for this?

Hi, We have got a client switching to Acumatica and since their Go Live has been past the financial year, we have multiple payroll balances that needs to be brought forward to Acumatica before Go Live. We have been suggested to do bulk payroll upload. We are trying to understand is there a solution to just upload year end/month end balances without having to carry out bulk payrun? Regards,

We are interested in being able to offer BOPIS to our customers but the connector for BigCommerce does not offer mapping for locations/warehouses. The connector for Shopify does.

In looking at some videos for training and product information there is no closed captioning.  For instance I’m trying to watch the 2024 R1 Feature Review: Core Features video and there are no captions, I’ve also found this in some training videos. As someone who relies on closed captioning could this be made a standard for all videos? Thanks. PS I would have put this in suggestions, but business relationship manager has yet to create these credentials for me.

Attempting to overwrite assigned Inventory IDs to new Item Classes. The Item Classes show that the Purchase Unit for the SKU is set to EACH.  When attempting the import scenario we continue to get the following error.  Error: 'Purchase Unit' cannot be empty.Any suggestions on how to overwrite an item to a new Item Class and bypass this error. I have attempted to inject in the scenario Vendor > Purchase Unit > =’EACH’ and =EACH with no success.

I imported bank transactions for the first time and it’s bringing in transactions that we have already reconciled.  On the right pane, it looks like we can match them again. What’s the process? Hide each transaction one at a time? (No option to hide en masse, ugggghhh.)Do we match again and it and the following processes take the previous matches into account?
