Solved

Hello! I’m working through adding multiple images to FS642000, pulling from the attachments on the Appointment. I used the guide @lauraj46 created: How to display multiple images horizontally in Report Designer, which was super helpful (THANK YOU). My first image loads correctly, however, the second image displays with an error. I attached a screenshot of the error along with our RPX. Any guidance is appreciated, thank you!

Hello,We’ve been live on Acumatica for just over a month. One issue we’ve been encountering is the path to production process for customizations. Is it standard practice for Acumatica developers to publish code directly to the production environment and to test tenants instead of promoting code through the test environments to production after testing?

Hi Connections, I’ve a query related to expiry date control in Acumatica. Every inventory is specified as lot/serial and has an expiry date. As a result, based on that approach, expired items should not be processed. Is there any evidence that an item was expired at the time of shipment/transfer? Either Warning Message/ Allow / Don’t Allow Setups.,  I couldn't find any settings that would help me control this concern.  Hope you guys can help me on this topic. Thanks Ram

I am wanting to concat two user defined fields as shown below but when I do this it is returning the value ID and not the description. How can I swap this around? The description is the full field I want since its what appears in the UDF drop down. =Concat( [SOOrder.AttributeSWAISSLOC],' - ', [SOOrder.AttributeSWAISSTYP])

I would like to enquire if anyone has experienced custom workflow breaking after Acumatica 25R1 Patches . I had a customized Vendor approval workflow that was working in the earlier versions of  25.101.0153 but after this patch  25.101.0153.9 + ,the custom workflow is no longer functional. Can anyone assist?

Is there a reason why a PO Status is getting changed to closed when we still have unbilled receipts and the PO is still open? For example - we do a PO for 7 boxes, do receiving for 7 boxes but first invoice from vendor against the PO is only for 6 boxes. When we enter that first invoice, the PO status is getting changed to closed which is very confusing for both our purchasing and AP Team. We are still able to a bill for the remaining 1 item, but it is confusing since from a high level it seems the PO is fully completed and closed.

I’m working on a Generic Inquiry (GI) to display projects, and I need to filter the results based on the logged-in users employee record.Howver, I added the condition as the EPEmployee.UserID=@me.Below are the tables I have used and the relationship. I could not get the excat values.

We have a client running Acumatica 26R1 that operates as an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturer. Their projects often contain hundreds of budget lines, and they are utilizing the new Revenue % Complete calculation method for project billing. One challenge we are encountering is preventing the revenue-side % Complete calculation from exceeding 100% of the revenue budget when actual costs exceed the original cost budget. In these scenarios, the project may legitimately run over budget on costs, but we do not want the Revenue % Complete billing calculation to generate billings beyond 100% of the contract/revenue budget.Has anyone found a standard Acumatica solution to cap the Revenue % Complete calculation at 100%? I have experimented with billing formulas but have not found a reliable way to prevent over-recognition when costs exceed budget. At this point, I am considering a custom Generic Inquiry with a Business Event and automation process to calculate and update the revenue-side comple

Hi All,Is there anyways the quantity can be defaulted for as stock item to a MOQ for a specific supplier when a line item is added to a PO. Without using Replenishments

I'm trying to create a processing screen with a filter containing an Email Account selector and a grid below showing incoming emails for the selected account.Initially I tried using a PXProcessingJoin directly on CRSMEmail:public PXProcessingJoin<CRSMEmail, LeftJoin<BZPODocument, On<BZPODocument.messageID, Equal<CRSMEmail.messageId>>>, Where<CRSMEmail.mailAccountID, Equal<Current<EMailAccount.emailAccountID>>, And<CRSMEmail.isIncome, Equal<True>, And<BZPODocument.messageID, IsNull>>>> Emails; When I set grid's DataMember to this view, I got the following error:An unhandled exception has occurred in the function 'get_Item'. Please see the trace log for more details.undefined: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'elemByID')I then switched to using a PXProjection DAC based on CRSMEmail: [PXProjection(typeof(Select2<CRSMEmail,LeftJoin<BZPODocument, On<BZPODocument.messageID, Equal<CRSMEmail.me

We have a requirement to provide users access to financial reports only for the subaccounts they are authorized to view. How can this be achieved? I have already tried using restriction groups. But seems it doesn’t restric users by viewing the other subaccounts.

Hello all,I have a scenario where the end user procures fabric rolls in tonnes. The usual width of the roll is 10 meters however sometimes it comes to be around 9 meters or 11 meters. So even if they’re procuring in tonnes, how can we handle the variance in the dimension?Since the fabric is to be used into production, how to account for the same.

Hello all,How can I create Production order based on MRP. So its like, based on SO, MRP will be generated and then the Production Order will be created. How to do so with MRP?Thanks.

Hi everyone,We order things from vendors sometimes direct from overseas or from domestic locations. An item could have different pricing based on where we are ordering it from. e.g. Overseas is $10 USD, Domestic stock from US is $15 USD…Is there a way to keep both sets of pricing for each item in the system without creating a separate vendor?Thank youJoseph

I am trying to set up overdue charges in Acumatica. We want the charge to be per invoice.I have our test account set up to apply overdue charges: Their customer class also has overdue charges applied: And the test invoices have overdue charges applied as well: When I calculate and generate the invoice for the overdue fee, it has a fee for each overdue invoice, as well as the “Contractor Overdue” fee:How can I set this up so that only the invoice fees appear on the Overdue fee invoice? The logical fix is to uncheck “apply overdue” on the Customer Class page and the individual Customer page, but when I do that, nothing populates during the “Calculate” function on the AR507000 page.

Hi!  We have 3 different translation IDs set up so we can translate our foreign entities (GBP, HKD, and CNY) into our main reporting currency (USD).  We occasionally run into an error when preparing the translations that is intermittent.  Anyone have any thoughts on what’s causing this, especially with it being inconsistent in occurrence? I have confirmed that we have translation loss and gain accounts and subaccounts set for USD within Currency Management > Currencies. One of my employees had this error yesterday when trying to translate our GBP branch into USD, but was able to do the translation this morning.  We’re both now receiving this error when trying to translate our HKD branch into USD.  This doesn’t happen every month when we do this and usually goes away the next day, so it’s not critical since it appears to resolve itself; it’s more of an annoyance than anything else.  Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

I am currently building a Generic Inquiry to identify valid Purchase Receipts that require an AP Bill. The logic is that if a receipt has no corresponding AP Bill, it should then check whether there is a related Purchase Return; otherwise, it is considered valid and requires an AP Bill but I seem to be getting a duplicate. Any insight as to how to make it efficient? Sharing my GI. Thank you for your time in looking.

Hi, In the project record, I configured the Project Group with the intention of limiting visibility so that not all users with project access can see the project records. Specifically, each project manager has their own group, and only members of that group—such as the project administrator and coordinator—are allowed to view their respective projects.Additionally, I enabled the Restrict to Employees option for the foreman role. and set up their name under the Employees tab. Please note that foremen do not have access to the project record itself. The purpose of this setting is to ensure that foremen can only select projects in the Daily Field Report (DFR) that are assigned to them.Based on my understanding:Project Access controls visibility and access to the project record. Restrict to Employees controls access related to time activities (e.g., DFR and timecard entry). However, based on my testing, when Project Access settings are enabled, the Restrict to Employees functionality does n

Has anyone experienced this issue with Field Service billing? Could stale posting records, posting batches, or a known Field Service bug cause this error?Any suggestions on additional tables, posting records, or diagnostics to review would be appreciated.

Hi there, Wondering if anyone has any experience doing bulk asset transfers between companies. For example, the current Transfer Assets screen (FA507000) only allows the transfer between branches or departments of the same company: Instead, I’d like to transfer between two companies, e.g. ABRVL to ABSLL, and for multiple assets at a time. My only thoughts on this would be to either:For single transfers, dispose of and then bring back the asset (at NBV) to the new Company (very cumbersome) In the case of multiple transfers, do the above one-by-one, or create a negative asset in the source company and then create a positive asset in the new company (looses asset information granularity, must be same asset class and depreciation %)More often than not, we will be transferring multiple assets at a time. Additionally, given the number of moving parts for Fixed Assets, I was keen to hear from the community on the best practice. Thanks very much.

Using Acupay in 25R2, we are able to get the payment links to create and show up on the standard sales Order invoice but when generating a Prepayment Invoice, there is no payment link tab on the record and it is not showing up on the Prepayment Invoice.  Does the payment link not work with Prepayments or am I missing some configuration or checkbox?

Hello all,I’ve created a GI on a tenant with the Modern UI, and I’ve created a pivot. How can I transfer the GI and pivot to another tenant?I’ve tried: Customization Package - just packs the GI without the pivot. Export the GI to XML - again, doesn’t pack the pivot. Looked at the GI code - can’t see anything about a pivot view.I don’t understand, you can pack a filter into a customization but you cannot pack a pivot view. Thanks,Ewan.

Hello,Attempting to update item classes via Import Scenario. This requires answering the following dialog: The import scenario is having trouble answering the dialog  Any of the selected ‘Dialog Answer’ Screen fields results in the same error where the dialog is not being answered successfully.  Does anyone know exactly which ‘Dialog Answer’ to select here: I have seen other threads discussing this but not on 2025R2 Modern UI which changes how fields are selected in the Import Scenario. Thank you!!!

I'm trying to dynamically change the display name of a DAC extension field based on another field value in the same extension, but PXUIFieldAttribute.SetDisplayName() does not update the UI even though the code executes.DAC Extension:public class LocationExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.CR.Standalone.Location>{ #region UsrGSTRegistration [PXDBString(16)] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "GST Registration")] public virtual string UsrGSTRegistration { get; set; } public abstract class usrGSTRegistration : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<usrGSTRegistration> { } #endregion}Inside RowSelected:PXUIFieldAttribute.SetDisplayName<LocationExt.usrGSTRegistration>( e.Cache, displayName); The code compiles correctly, the event hits during debugging, and displayName gets the expected value — but the label in the UI does not change. As a workaround suggested in another post in this community, I tried creating an unbound field to act as a dynamic label:#region UsrRe
