Custom Workflow Fails after Updgrade

I would like to enquire if anyone has experienced custom workflow breaking after Acumatica 25R1 Patches . I had a customized Vendor approval workflow that was working in the earlier versions of  25.101.0153 but after this patch  25.101.0153.9 + ,the custom workflow is no longer functional.

Can anyone assist?

Hi ​@John Kihiu ,

can u please verify approval setup

  • Review Assignment and Approval Maps
  • Confirm the vendor approval map is active
  • Confirm the entity type still matches
  • Confirm approvers/workgroups are valid
  • Confirm the user has rights to approve on the Vendor screen
