Anyone found a way to make a PKI dashboard tile for the Incoming Documents screen (AP301110)?  It would be helpful to be able to display in the dashboard when new documents have been received for processing.

When processing an Incoming Document PDF that has multiple invoices included in 1 file, the system doesn’t seem to recognize that there are 2 different invoices in the file.  Even though it collected the line items from both invoices, it only creates 1 bill and ignores the other customer reference number (invoice number).  Is there any workaround to fix this while processing these to break these into separate bills?

Hello colleagues,I am implementing event handler for StockItem to force User must enter value for selector Weight UOM. Our customer service team gets calls from customers who wants to place an order . We use acumatica to create purchase order and sales order .My question is ‘can an API be setup so that when receving a call from a customer , based on the customer contact number , Acumatica should automatically pull up the customer information and show it as a pop up in the acumatica screen. This will save some time since the customer service representative need not manually look/search for the customer in acumatica every time they get a call.  is it possible in acumatica ?

In our Prepare Payments screen, there are multiple vendors with Credit Terms that do not allow a discount. On these bills, the system sets the Cash Discount Date = Document Date, even though no cash discount applies. Therefore, when you try to filter on the Prepare Payments screen for ‘Cash Discount Expires Within _ Days’, these bills get erroneously included. A second filter is currently required to be added to the Cash Discount Taken column where Amount > $0.

I’m sorry if I am asking a question where there is already info on this forum.  I am trying to search to find out if there is any documentation for development in the new UI.  When I search, I mostly get posts from 3 years ago because this is the second time Acumatica made reference to a “New UI”.I seriously cannot find anything except for this article.  Anyone out there trying to migrate their customizations into 2024 new UI?  I’ve also been asked by people at the company I do customizations for how they are going to be able to make changes to a screen in the new UI since they don’t have access to the web server.I have to be missing something obvious that will make me feel stupid for posting this...

Hi all, I have a question about the export file format. I set it up as usual in the report designer. However, if my field "billing name" contains a company name like "ABC Co. Ltd", the  file attach in email will be incorrect and won't have the PDF format. Instead, it will have an "LTD" format.

I’ve come across a werid scenario from my Accounting team.  It seams that Screen AR3030PL - Customers not have show notes and files in the results grid:But in Screen AP3030PL - Vendors, it does:I can seem to find where these settings exist to fix it back to add those columns to AR3030PL.  Where does this exist since it is a GI and not a Screen?

Good morning, Acumatica community:When creating a sales order, we need to be able to add descriptions, just like we do in the Purchase Order lines. As of now, we have created a customization to have non-stock items marked as “comments”, however, this also create other issues, as having to modify the reports so that comments do not show quantities, etc.Is there a way to add the “Line Type” description in the sales order lines? Thank you,

Hello All, I am in need to make a piece of code generic to dynamically find and search in the Graph’s PrimaryView. If I am to strongly type my graph type and then perform search it just works file. for examplegraph.Document.Current = graph.Document.Search<APInvoice.noteID>(refNoteID);but if I want to make it generic so the platform searches in my PrimaryView then .Search is not recognized. This is what I am doinggraph.Views[graph.PrimaryView].Cache.Current = graph.Views[graph.PrimaryView].Search<NoteField>(refNoteID);Any idea how to convert my static search method to a dynamic version that searches in the PrimaryView of the graph?

Is it feasible to print a range of orders in a work order report, which is currently set up on a 1:1 basis? Business users would like the ability to print by ranges, similar to the functionality of Print/Email Orders. However, I'm unsure if this is even possible. Perhaps a subreport could be used to capture the range? I'm still uncertain about how to begin. I have added the parameter to the report, but it is not functioning correctly.

All:I have a grid with a PXSelector in one of the columns.  When I pick an item from the selector, the selector has 5 columns in it.  I want to get the value of one of those columns that is not the value that will be stored in the field when the value is selected and then store it in an additional field in the grid. In other words, I pick a value from a selector, and the key value goes into the field with the PXSelector and the value from Column 3 of the selector goes into a different field in the grid.Is this possible? Thanks,Ryan

We are new to Acumatica, and we have issues with emailing the customer statement. It says, "Error: The email account is empty...". Despite the fact that all of the customers' email addresses are incorrectly set up on the customer profile, are there any other places in Acumaitca to fix the issues other than the customer profile? I deleted the last statement and regenrated it several times, but it did not fix the issue.
