We are new to Acumatica, and we have issues with emailing the customer statement. It says, "Error: The email account is empty...". Despite the fact that all of the customers' email addresses are incorrectly set up on the customer profile, are there any other places in Acumaitca to fix the issues other than the customer profile? I deleted the last statement and regenrated it several times, but it did not fix the issue.

Have you set the Default Email Account on the Email Preferences (SM204001) screen?

It looks like there was no email on the email preference screen. I added the email account, and I was able to email the statement.  Thank you for the instructions.
