I’ve come across a werid scenario from my Accounting team. It seams that Screen AR3030PL - Customers not have show notes and files in the results grid:
But in Screen AP3030PL - Vendors, it does:
I can seem to find where these settings exist to fix it back to add those columns to AR3030PL. Where does this exist since it is a GI and not a Screen?

Here are a few ideas to try:
Did you already check Column Configuration button to see if you can move Files & Notes from Available Columns section on the left, to the Selected Columns section on the Right?
Did you already try Reset to Default button?
Members of the Customizer Role may click Customization → Edit Generic Inquiry in the right corner.
Check to see if the Notes setting has been changed on the GI:
