In some past release the ability to edit the Tax Zone on Business Accounts was apparently disabled.  My “forever a prospect, never a customer” Business Accounts have the proper Tax Zone set (but now not editable) while new prospects stuck without Tax Zone.  When creating the Opportunities for these extra care must be taken to set the Tax Zone there.  As this is normally populated automatically, it is often missed.  Quote (in our case Project Quote) generated before the missing taxes becomes evident. Was the Tax Zone disabled by design?  ...and for what reason? If not, is there an easy fix?

Hello,        Does someone know how can I use the translation directly on report?          I mean the user does NOT have to select the run with locales,             Every time, he run the report by default, the item description will display both Chinese and English

Is there a way to list the file names of attached documents that are under “Files”.? My ultimate goal is to be able to filter appointments that have signatures attached since the naming convention of signed appointments have the work “signed” in it. Or is there an easier way to achieve this?

Hey all trying to modify the ScanMove Screen in two ways;Combine the Production Order ID and the Operation ID in a single scan.  Currently you are prompted first for the production order id then for the operation id.  So the change would be to maybe add a new scan item that parses to the two fields and then skips the two fields after populated, or anything that would combine the two.  Don’t care just need it to work Add the Scap quantity into the grid on scan move.  Its not there.  Its there on the move screen but we forgot that one for some reason.  Both of these tasks sound very simple but access to everything in the Automated Warehouse Operation Engine it is not.  Everything seems to be in a sealed class or so far abstracted down the line that I can’t get to it. Examples are skimpy to say the least and none Add a new barcode scan item (there is one that you add a cancel button scan but thats not what I am looking for).   Injection is used to modify code and I can change the order of

When editing a purchase order, the order needs to be put “on hold” before the edits can be made. Its super easy to forget to “remove hold” after the order has been saved. Is it possible to change the config so that when an order is saved after editing, the hold is automatically removed?  If someone forgets to remove the hold, the order is essentially invisible which can result in another order being placed as Acumatica thinks the stock is no longer on order.

Hi Team,We don’t want to scan the Original location. Directly scan the destination location, and then scan the item.  When we scan the Item, it should take the default location from the item as the Original location. We are trying to override the ScanMode related methods, which doesn’t help.Any inputs or references on this are much appreciated !!  Thanks & Regards,Vidyakeerthi K

Can someone confirm if this is the correct QtyOnHand calculation? We encounter the following scenario frequently and it seems like a bug. When a shipment is invoiced and the invoice is created with the “Credit Hold” status because of the customer payment terms, the stock item from the shipment still shows On Hand at the origin warehouse of the shipment until the Invoice is Released.I’m not understanding it what scenario a company would want to report already shipped inventory as still at the origin warehouse, just because the invoice has the Credit Hold status. What am I missing here?

I have done some significant testing of MRP. I am unable to find a way to honor a Max Qty of an item. MRP is only suggesting orders for safety stock up to the Reorder Point. I have two clients that would really like to be able to populate both a Reorder Point (min qty) and a Max Qty for their items. Once they drop below Reorder Point, they would like a suggested order up to the Max Qty. Otherwise, as soon as you issue or sell one unit, you are back below Reorder Point and MRP suggests another purchase of 1 unit. This will lead to many additional purchase or manufacturing cycles. Inventory Replenishment handles Reorder Point (min) and Max Qty as expected. Is there anyway for MRP to honor a Max Quantity on its suggestions? How are others handling this?Thank you,Greg

Does anyone know if you check the box for use catch up contributions if it will look at the birthdate in the system? So, if you check it for everyone, even if they are not age 50 or older, it will look at the birthdate and NOT the check box?

In Acumatica 2024 R1, has the feature of using two Generic Inquries with each other been implemented? I was reading the Developer PDF for 2024 R1 and nothing was mentioned about having the ability to use two Generic Inquiries with each other.

Good day,  Is it possible to add multiple payments ex 100+ via a singular api call? We’ve had a look at the following api call (screenshot attached) which supports the addition of a singular payment on the system. Our goal is however to add payments via a batch process. Kind regards,Alecia

Client is doing testing from 22R2 to 23R2 and came across the warning “The selected project is billed using pro forma invoices. Manually created AR document will not be tracked in the project budget on the Projects (PM301000) form and will not be shown in the project-related reports.”We see the data on the budget lines of the project so we are wondering what this warning means. After doing some research in the community and release notes I don’t see what they are talking about. Could someone enlighten me?

Hi Guys,I am working with 23R2.I have encountered an error where my custom action, in an extension of the MoveEntry graph, gives me the error:Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.PressGlueLogHeader' with unique index 'PressGlueLogHeader_NoteID'. The duplicate key value is (b74bff6a-8e54-ef11-af2d-b81ea4b981b6, 2).The statement has been terminated.Below is my MoveEntry Extension:public class MoveEntryQCExt : PXGraphExtension<MoveEntry>{ public static bool IsActive() => true; #region Actions public PXAction<AMBatch> StartQCChecks; [PXButton] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Start QC Checks", MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select)] protected virtual IEnumerable startQCChecks(PXAdapter adapter) { var moveEntry = PXGraph.CreateInstance<MoveEntry>(); if(moveEntry == null) { return adapter.Get(); } var qcEntry = PXGraph.CreateInstance<GCQualityControlEntry>()

Hi there, I have a requirement to read the Production Order Nbr. from Excel file and update the Select checkbox accordingly. I tried adding a ‘Load Records from File’ function to Release Production Orders screen by setting the ‘Allow Upload’ in Customization Project Editor to true and extended the graph by adding the PXImport as shown below:public class ReleaseOrd_Extension : PXGraphExtension<ReleaseOrd> { public PXCancel<AMBatch> Cancel; [PXImport] [PXFilterable] public PXProcessing<AMProdItem, Where<AMProdItem.statusID, Equal<ProductionOrderStatus.planned>, And<AMProdItem.hold, Equal<False>, And<Where<AMProdItem.function, Equal<OrderTypeFunction.regular>, Or<AMProdItem.function, Equal<OrderTypeFunction.disassemble>>>>>>> PlannedOrds; public PXSetup<AMPSetup> ampsetup; } However when I tried to upload the Excel,

Hi,I have recently set a client’s AR Aging report to display by Document Date, as shown in the second image below. However, in the AR Aging report, they have noticed that credits are still showing in the current column when they should be showing in a different column. For example, the image below shows how both the credit and invoice have the same document date. However, the credit is sitting in the current column and the invoice is in the last column.  Is there a reason why credits would be sitting in the Current column? I was thinking it could be because they were not yet applied to an invoice, but wasn’t sure if this was the case. If these credits are in fact displaying in the wrong column, what would you recommend I change in the AR Aging report to amend this? Kind regards,Andrew

Looking for report ideas or recommendations to get to close rates by customer (Percentage of opportunities are being won by customer in quantity and dollars).  Thoughts?

Will someone tell me your best process for moving revenue from 1 project to another project?  We need to do this in a way that will have the Project WIP Billed to date report correct as well as the AIA reporting. Example:Project XYZ has revenue (billed to date) recorded to it from migration and should have gone to Project ABC Currently the AIA and Project WIP reports are reflecting that Project XYZ has the revenue (billed to date) We want the AIA and Project WIP reports to reflect the Project ABC has the revenue (billed to date) Thanks

Does Acumatica save the release date of AR invoices when using the "Release" button? In Acumatica, the "Save Date of Release" button for AR invoices is a feature that allows users to record the date when an accounts receivable (AR) invoice is officially released. This date can be crucial for tracking the invoicing process and ensuring accurate financial reporting. By saving the release date, businesses can maintain a precise record of when each invoice was finalized and sent out, aiding in compliance and financial audits. This feature helps streamline the invoicing workflow and ensures that all invoices are processed and recorded in a timely manner.

Hello,We have two retail stores that are setup as two separate Branches in Acumatica - say Branch1 and Branch2. On Shopify POS each retail store is a separate Sales Channel - say Channel 1 and Channel 2. I have been unable to find a way to map or tell Acumatica that Shopify POS Sales from Channel 1 belong to Branch1 and Channel2 to Branch2. All Shopify POS Sales fall under the same Acumatica Branch. Is there a workaround or a setting I am missing? Thank You
