Hello,By default, Acumatica Records the Created Date and Last Modified Date for every record.When Automatically Post Upon Release is selected in various Preferences screens, Last Updated Date = Release Date = Post Date. When Automatically Post Upon Release is not selected, then Last Modified Date = Post Date (for transactions with Posted status) and could be different from Released Date.If you need to track when a transaction is RELEASED separately from when it is POSTED, consider using Acumatica’s Audit features to track changes to the status of transactions and batches.Laura
