I have a dozen fields on a form that have cascading PXFormulas to calculate other field values automatically. For example:Base PriceCommission RateCommission Value (PXFormula of [Base Price] times [Commission Rate]House Comm. Split RateHouse Commission (PXFormula of [Base Price] times [House Comm. Split Rate])Everything calculates correctly when the record is saved but Classic UI updates these fields right away. The post below also talks about this but the solution there was to change all of the PXFormulas to  PXDBScalars but I’m not sure that this is appropriate as I’m storing all of these values. Is there something I need to write in the .ts file to trigger the PXFormulas or do I need to make each field use PXFieldState<PXFieldOptions.CommitChanges> and write out all of the formulas in Updated events?

When worked with acumatica old version, clicked button “Update Customization Project” never show the message above. I just raise the question here to clarify the features. Do you guy know it ?

We have a client who is live on BigCommerce and wants to import their existing stock item catalog into Acumatica first to get Stock items set up and the External ID links established, then switch the sync direction to Export with Acumatica as the master going forward. Has anyone done this before? What's the recommended way to manage this? can we map item class using a custom field from BC to Acumatica to match it to the correct item class using import mapping? And once you flip to Export, does the connector pick up the existing External ID links and update the BC products cleanly without creating duplicates?

Does anyone know if this functionality has been improved? This is an operational situation we see, both planned an unplanned, where we want to be able to link demand from an existing Service Order to an existing Purchase Order. This is in order to account for changes/mistakes after the original purchase order was created from the demand and also we need to be able to take advantage of purchase requirements for vendors such as minimum order qty, total order amount, free shipping, etc.Our purchasing is not centralized and many people do their own purchasing as needed. There should be a way to link to demand from transactions that haven’t been purchased yet to existing purchase orders. One way would be to identify an Existing Purchase Order on the Create Purchase Orders screen before the processing happens.Another option is to have the ability to set the PO Detail Line Line Type to Goods for SO or Goods for FS and be able to lookup and set the Sales Order or Service Order detail line.Another

We have a requirement to restrict the release of SOs and Invoices linked to a Project: Current behavior: The system allows releasing SOs/Invoices even if the customer is different from the Project's customer. Our requirement: We want to block the release if the customer on the SO/Invoice does not match the Project's customer. The system should only allow releasing when the document customer is the same as the Project customer. Is there a way or setup to apply this rule to our system?

I’m trying to customize a grid with dynamic columns, the number of columns are based on how many items it has on Attributes screen (CS205000). Here are the samples, Sample 1 Sample 2 I have the code in EntryMatrix_RowSelected event which will try to hide a column(s) based on certain condition I tried using this code, but it didn’t work,PXUIFieldAttribute.SetVisibility(sender, "Extra Small", PXUIVisibility.Invisible);PXUIFieldAttribute.SetVisible(sender, "Extra Small", false); I can’t also use this since it has no direct DAC attribute,PXUIFieldAttribute.SetVisibility<DAC.attribute>(sender, null, PXUIVisibility.Invisible);PXUIFieldAttribute.SetVisible<DAC.attribute>(sender, null, false); Is there other way to hide column(s) maybe by name or index?

I have a lot of customers who choose a different payroll provider because Acumatica does not have an HR module, is there any plan to add one in the near future.

Hello:We’re looking at the feasibility of converting to modern UI in production when it leaves the Beta.I’ve ran into several interesting things, but one that feels concerning in the long run.  It is common in our custom code to have DAC’s with properties decorated as the following example: [PXFormula(typeof(Selector<MyCustomClass.vendorID, Vendor.acctName>))]In classic UI, these formulas are calculated correctly as soon as the DAC is exantlated (as expected?).However, in modern UI, the above PXFormula is never calculated (verified with a break point put on an explicit setter).  This was a bit of a surprise as we were tending to approach the UI as being two different display layers - ‘views’ - built on top of the underlying model and controller.  Is this a bug? If not a bug is the construction we are using deprecated or invalid and only working unintentionally? is there a property in the PXFormula that would make this work? If not can you suggest an alternative approach? We se

Hello everyone,I’m having the following problem: I’m trying to convert a Classic UI screen into Modern UI and 3 of the buttons are not getting hidden for some reason but there’s a try that my colleague tried doing a while ago and the buttons are working as expected there but I’m unable to recreate them for some reason using the automatically converted screen into Modern UI. The buttons I’m having that issue are “Confirm, Generate and Change Order” also another thing I noticed is that we cant reuse the Transactions variable because if we do, the Subcontracts grid is not being automatically loaded on page refresh or load. The version of Acumatica I’m working with is 2025 R2. Here’s the automatically generated source code: I’ll have to paste the source code into pastebin since the source code is a bit too long and the post cannot be createdthe HTML filethe TS file that contains the viewinfoand the actual views TS file now the files from my colleague:The HTML filethe TS file Now the C# cod

Hello,We are getting an error when trying to approve clock entries, :The clock entry cannot be approved because a labor transaction with the NNN number has already been created for this clock entry. These clock entries are time applied to production orders.I thought that clock entries didn’t go into a batch until they were approved. Is that correct? How can I get past this error?

Hi, I am trying to import AP bills. The AP Bills are tied to a PO Receipt. As well as the vendor, I have the PO number & PO Receipt Line number. I am having an issue with trying to select the Add PO Receipt Line in the Scenario. The Document is being created but nothing else is happening.(If in migration mode, you cannot use the Add PO Receipt button) Does anyone have any solutions/ideas for getting this to work?Thank you in advance!Bill

Below is the import scenario I am trying to use to get our fixed assets into Acumatica.  When I run the import by scenario, it shows that the records processed, but nothing appears in the fixed assets form.

In my case, I’m customizing SO301000 and enabling the import button on the Detail grid with the following:@gridConfig({ actionsConfig: { import: {hidden: false}, }})But, this seems to replace the settings that the base screen is using including: syncPosition: trueHow to I merge my configuration instead of replacing the existing gridConfig settings?

I'm looking for a way to manage a tenant's configuration as code — declarative files in a git repo I can review in a pull request, version, and re-apply to rebuild a tenant reproducibly.By "configuration" I mean setup data, not customization code: enabled features, company/branch structure, chart of accounts, ledgers, GL preferences, currencies, credit terms, financial calendars, and the like. The workflow I want is basically infrastructure-as-code — capture a tenant's setup into source files, edit them in git, apply to another tenant, then diff to catch drift.Customization Projects cover code but not this setup data. Snapshots are reproducible but are whole-database blobs — not human-readable or diffable in a PR. The REST API can push data, but it's a building block, not a desired-state workflow. Is there an existing tool or established pattern for this — a community tool, an ISV product, or something people have built in-house? Curious how others handle it.Thanks!

Please confirm - when using a Trigger by Schedule you can NOT select screen by shared filter as you can By Record Change ???

I’m trying to programatically created Sales Shipments: given a despatch message from the third-party warehouse, I locate the sales order and then use CreateShipmentIssue to construct the shipment. This works fine when I run the action as a user. But fails every time when running as a Process via the automation scheduler. My code simplifies to:orderGraph.Clear();orderGraph.Document.Current = PXSelect<SOOrder,Where<SOOrder.orderNbr,Equal<Required<SOOrder.orderNbr>>>>.Select(orderGraph, orderNbr);PXAdapter adapter = new PXAdapter(PXView.Dummy.For<SOOrder>(orderGraph)) { AllowRedirect = false, MassProcess = false };var orders = orderGraph.CreateShipmentIssue(adapter, receivedItem.ShippedDate, siteID, DateTime.UtcNow); The error is:PX.Data.PXRowPersistingException: Error: 'CuryID' cannot be empty.   at PX.Data.PXDefaultAttribute.RowPersisting(PXCache sender, PXRowPersistingEventArgs e)   at PX.Data.PXCache.AttributeHandlersSquasher`1.<>c__DisplayClass2_0`1.&

hello,I am using Resource owner password flow to get Acumatica token.I am encountering an intermittent issue across all environments, including Production. When we receive an application for processing, we call the Acumatica Get Customer endpoint using a valid authentication token. Occasionally (approximately once a day or every other day), the request fails because the response cannot be deserialized. Our application expects a JSON response, but instead receives an HTML page, as shown below. We cache the authentication token and validate it each time it is retrieved from the cache. Token validation is based on the Date header returned in the token generation response to ensure the token has not expired. Could you help us determine why the API is intermittently returning HTML instead of the expected JSON response, despite the token being valid?Tokens:return html response : LqGoqJP-MvG2Q44kKI_QEq0PqziBlrWXnInucaZS9w0return Json (Valid): IPLN2zlT8ui3GzGoySRC2M5nyz0Xa-StJ3cup25MAncif (resp

Hi,I’m getting an error on my import scenario to import purchase orders. It will import the first order but then I get the error ‘The system failed to commit the transaction row. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Here’s my scenario: on Acumatica 26.100.0175.3, I have an environment with two tenants, let’s call them Tenant A and Tenant B. Tenant B is configured as a Test Tenant.I have a simple customization project that includes both custom fields to extend existing DACs (in this case, the CR.BAccount, SO.SOOrder and SO.SOLine DACs), as well as a new custom action button on SOOrderEntry. Both Tenants have the same Customization Projects loaded (via Export / Import). When I publish the projects in Tenant A, the custom action appears in both Tenant A and Tenant B, but the custom fields only appear in Tenant A. When I publish the project in Tenant B, the inverse happens (fields disappear from Tenant A, appear in Tenant B, and the new custom action still appears on both).I can’t make the custom fields appear in both Tenants at the same time for some reason. I’ve never had this issue in any other environment. I’m at a loss to explain what is going on here...

How to Calculate  Landed Cost for  items in Drop-Ship Order . In Normal Practice Yes its Not Possible since drop-ship orders are shipped directly from the supplier to the customer without passing through your warehouse

Hello,Really struggling with this one. Customer uses Crystal reports for a year on year analysis so can do full sql etc. I’m trying to reproduce this below in a GI and this is for a specific customer Where is becomes difficult is that when they go live there is no last year data although we will have a legacy dac and that is challenge when there is no option to do union, has anyone else achieved this ?

We know that Acumatica supports two entry points to create Credit Memo, I refer to them as SO Credit Memo and AR Credit Memo for short. Is there a way to restrict most users to only create SO Credit Memo from the SO Invoice entry, while only specific people have the permission to directly create AR Credit Memo in "Invoices and Memos"?The difficulties I encountered:Although the entry points of these credit memos are different, they seem to be essentially the same entity. SO Credit Memo will be converted into AR Credit Memo. I only want specific people to be able to create AR Credit Memo, but I also want other users to have permission to create AR Invoice. They are on the same screen and are different types of the same document, so I cannot directly restrict the "+" button on the "Invoices and Memos" screen.

Hello,  I have a scenario where my company is based on UK and I have warehouses in Netherlands and Spain (Also in few other countries) Also, I have an EU customer whom I shall deliver goods from either Netherlands or Spain. On a sales order when I select the warehouse considering the country of it (If the country can be taken from branch that is also an option), and country of the customer, it should update the correct Tax Zone. In simple terms, my tax zone needs to be updated not solely based on the customer country but also considering the order origin country.  Is there a way to get this done?

I am using an import scenario to migrate my client’s open purchase orders.  I am testing it to ensure it works for go-live and it is only bringing in the first line of the purchase orders and the remainder error.  I have tried adding the @@LineNbr, but it still errors.  What am I missing?
