When worked with acumatica old version, clicked button “Update Customization Project” never show the message above. I just raise the question here to clarify the features. Do you guy know it ?

    Did you check the Trace to see if there are any error details?

    Also, is this issue occurring only for this customization, or does it happen with other customization packages as well?

      Hi ​@vannakheng,

      I have observed that this happens sometimes when the customization project is not uploaded properly or in case when the snapshot is restored without files and attachments. I would suggest to re-import your customization and publish the same. Then build your project and click on the “Upload...” button.
