We maintain a few different Shopify store that feed into Acumatica. One of them closed earlier this season and we had one store created to test out some functionality. As we are launching a few new stores we want to keep ACM clean. There is a delete icon in the Shopify stores toolbar but it is always greyed out. Is there a way to delete?

Hi Everyone,I'm facing an issue while trying to import a snapshot in Acumatica.Environment:Acumatica Version: 25.101.0153 Deployment: Local IISIssue:When I navigate to SM203520 (Tenants) → Snapshots → Import Snapshot, select the snapshot file, and click Upload/Import, I immediately receive the following error:Error: The file is not found, or you don't have enough rights to see the file.I've attached a screenshot of the error. What I've checked so far:Running as an administrator. Verified that the snapshot file exists. Confirmed that the user has administrator privileges in Acumatica. Restarted IIS and the application. However, the same error still occurs.Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

We set up a prepayment terms ID with the settings to require %100 prepayments for an order to be processed. When using integrated credit card processing for payments, such as Authrize.net, we find that the system will recognize transactions that have only been autrhorized (not captured) as paid and apply it towards the order.See the screenshot of such a payment in the sales order.  Is there a way to overwrite it and it should recognize it only when it’s captured? Below is a screenshot of the terms set up.

We have 5 Companies that have different cash accounts.  A payment was posted in Company 04, and a deposit was made in Company 04 in Acumatica.  However, when attaching the backup, it was noticed the checks we deposited into the wrong company at the Bank and went into Company 01.  Since the payment and deposit were all made in the correct company in Acumatica, as well as in the subaccounts, can a Transfer Funds from Banking module be used?  I was also thinking of using a Journal Entry and using our intercompany accounts. What is the best way to record a deposit posted in the wrong company with the bank.  Everything in Acumatica was correct.

Does anyone know of a way to generate production tickets from MRP for the total quantities that are in demand for an item.  Currently it is showing the same item multiple times and if you generate tickets it will create one by one instead of a sum of the quantity.  If we manually sum the qty and create a work order for that quantity, mrp still shows the demand one by one until it’s complete.  Quite cumbersome to keep on track.  Any suggestions?

Hey team, did anybody found a way to change Service Order type after its created (even after appointment is created) without the need to cancel and re-create everything from scratch? This feature would be super helpfull!

Hi,I have a requirement to restrict users from viewing Workgroup Approval records.Although the My Approvals filter is selected by default, users can still switch the filter to All Records and view Workgroup Approval records that they should not have access to.Is there a standard way to prevent users from selecting All Records, or otherwise restrict them so they can only view their own approvals (or the approvals they are authorized to see)?TIA.

I have downloaded the msi package 3 times and cannot get it to unpack into a folder.

I’m fairly certain that this will require a customization, but I wanted to run it past brighter people than myself to confirm. We want to limit the STOCK ITEMS a customer can see and order in the self service customer portal.  I am aware we can set up restiction groups, but they are based on actually adding individual USER IDs to the restrictions group.  We want to be able to establish these restrictions on a number of attributes in the CUSTOMER.Fake examples of attributes in the customer record:Certified?Insured?Trustworthy? There will be about 10 attributes on the CUSTOMER, and they may have multiple attributes checked as “yes”.The standard restriction group requires that you enter users here rather than being able to read an attribute on the customer record. Is there a way to do this without a customization?

Hi, I created 2 sales orders for the same customer and created 1 shipment and added those 2 SOs. Now, the shipment contains 2 different SO numbers (SO0001 and SO0002). It splits the items up between the 2 orders but fails to reference which items belongs to the SO.I’ve added a group called groupOrderNbr to show the SO number and customer order number above the detail section. However, I am a bit stuck on making it only visible if there are different SOs in 1 shipment.I can easily add a column to add the Customer Order No and SO number in the details section, but it looks ugly showing those information on each line item. Do you have any other suggestions or maybe adding the correct visible expression? I’ve attached the rpx. Feel free to modify and play around it.

Hello I am required to create a new customer location while creating the customer through Import Scenario.  I can see there is an action naming, ‘Add Location’ but it seems not working.  Can someone please let help me on this? Thank You!

Looking for a suggestion on what’s the best way to handle service orders that require multiple appointments spanning across multiple days especially when there is material involved that is marked for purchase order. It is not always necessarily the same tech. If we add the material to the service order, cloning the appointment will also clone the material.  Any suggestions on how to proceed with scheduling these appointments and where the materials should be marked for PO for the most efficient workflow?

We are implementing MRP / Inventory Planning / Production Orders / Bill of Materials in 25R2.  I want to exclude certain sales order types from creating demand.  I am not seeing anything in inventory planning preferences or in the order types to exclude from demand which was part of the original ask.  I do see on certain order types there is the include returns in inventory planning supply. Our use case is the company runs in multiple ways, we have production / manufacturing where we are using Inventory Planning we have those Sales Orders set up as a type where we allow production to be triggered, but we have plenty of other order types that we use in the Construction side of the business to move warehouse materials to site and we do NOT want those orders being included in our demand requirements.  Anyone else run into a similar issue?  How did you resolve?  My inventory ID can be used in BOM’s or Projects.  Warehouse locations are able to mark for IP use, but the Sales Order does not

Can we import the historical sales order into the system and Without creating Shipment and Invoice.

Hi Team,I am trying to update a custom field on the INTranSplit DAC from a custom graph. The update itself succeeds, but when I call Save.Press(), Acumatica throws the following validation errors:Error: Updating 'IN Transaction Split' record raised at least one error.Error: 'Source' cannot be empty.Error: 'Transaction Date' cannot be empty. The custom field (UsrPickedQty) exists on INTranSplit, and I am only updating that extension field. public class TestGraph : PXGraph<TestGraph>{ public SelectFrom<INTranSplit> .InnerJoin<INTran> .On<INTranSplit.FK.Tran> .InnerJoin<INLocation> .On<INTranSplit.locationID.IsEqual<INLocation.locationID> .And<INTranSplit.siteID.IsEqual<INLocation.siteID>>> .Where< INTran.tranType.IsEqual<INTranType.assembly> .And<INTranSplit.lotSerialNbr.IsNotNull>> .OrderBy<INTranSplit.lineNbr.Asc>

Hello, I checked, on Account receivable preferences , customer classes , customer it self, all mailing setting on invoice is using AR641000When  I print the invoice on Print/Email AR documents, ScreenId=AR508000, it is fine. But when I try to email the invoice on this same screen, it is attached PDF generated from SO643000 instead. The reason I can tell the difference is I made a little trick, on SO643000  the price won’t show this customer,on AR64100 it will always show price. My need describes here:Print and Send Email in Different Invoice Formats (Price Hidden)? | CommunityMy rpx is attached, please help. I need to email in format of AR641000

I have analytical report I created in the finance module.  There are several rows where I don’t want the last column to print.  It seems like this can be done through View conditions under column group.  However I can’t  figure out where I can define the column group to setup which columns I want to print for that row.   It doesn’t seem to take a  column range.   I searched beacon and this website and the documentation but I wasn’t able to find out where to set up the column range.

Hello,  We know we can change a vendor prior to positng an AP bill but only if the detail lines are blank.  Do any of you know if it’s on the horizon to be able to change a vendor without having to remove the detail lines first? Thanks,Kay

I ran into a scenario today where an SO was created after I had created a PO.  When the SO was linked the PO, the SO it showed all of that particular line item was allocated to that SO even though the amount on the SO was less than the amount on the PO.  That in turn makes it look like that item is in need of ordering again when it is not.Is there a fix for this or a setting that we might not have thought of?

We have some customers who use third-party delivery companies. Our usual practice is to ship the goods with a paper invoice attached. The customer signs the invoice, and the driver brings it back to us.We don't want the third-party driver to see our prices, so we want to hide prices on the invoices for these customers and show only quantities. This itself is not hard to do. I can set a flag on the Customer record, and based on that flag, control the visibility of the price in Report Designer. However, we also need to send a PDF version of the invoice (with prices included) to the customer via email.I found that the email and print functions actually call the same RPX file, meaning the visibility settings I configured for hiding prices will also take effect when emailing.I have an idea — could you help me see if there's a better approach?Modify the original RPX and set the visibility so that the operator doesn't need to do anything special. When shipping each day, they just print the invo

Sorry for all the MUI panel questions.  I got panel to open and it does fire the custom action for the panel.I have a simple panel on PO301000.  It opens and allows the user to enter a value in a field.  I enter a value in the field and click OK.  The field in the view is a custom PXFilter DAC.In debug, I get the current of the Filter and the field is always null.   In debug, the value is null: This is the HTML and TS <qp-panel id="ChangeLoanView" caption="Change Loan" auto-repaint="true"> <qp-template id="fvChangeLoanView_div0" name="1" qp-collapsible=""> <qp-fieldset id="fsChangeLoanView_lrChangeLoanView_fs" slot="A" view.bind="ChangeLoanView" wg-container="ChangeLoanView_fvChangeLoanViewFields"> <field name="UsrLoan"></field> </qp-fieldset> </qp-template> <footer> <

We have set up an attribute on the Customer record to indicate whether to show prices or not. We want to automatically send the AR Invoice (AR641000) to customers where this attribute is true.Correct me if I am wrong, but I checked, and neither the Business Event on AR301000 nor AR508000 supports filtering by a customer's attribute. Therefore, the best approach I can think of is to create a Generic Inquiry as the data source to retrieve only invoices where the customer's attribute is true, the date is today, and the status is Open, and then use a Business Event to send them on a daily schedule. Is there a better way to do this?

I have a client who does not want PTO hours to be included in the threshold for overtime pay.  For example, if the employee worked the following:8 hrs on day 18 hrs on day 28.5 hrs on day 38 hrs vacation on day 48 hrs on day 5This person only worked 32.5 hrs and had 8 hrs of vacation pay; in this scenario, I do not want to calculate overtime on the .5 hr.Does anyone know how to configure 2026 R1 to accomplish this?

Hello!Do any of you that use Payroll print multiple w2’s for multiple cities?  We have used Aatrix in the past but they say they can no longer do this because Acumatica is webbased. Thank you! Kay Howe

Weekly 941 reporting (Schedule B) isn’t tying to the weekly Payroll Summary - what would be causing this?  It appears to be related to “pennies”, but the associated outage is resulting in several of hundreds of dollars.
