Unable to Import Snapshot – "The file is not found, or you don't have enough rights to see the file."

Hi Everyone,

I'm facing an issue while trying to import a snapshot in Acumatica.

Environment:

• Acumatica Version: 25.101.0153
• Deployment: Local IIS

Issue:
When I navigate to SM203520 (Tenants) → Snapshots → Import Snapshot, select the snapshot file, and click Upload/Import, I immediately receive the following error:

Error: The file is not found, or you don't have enough rights to see the file.

I've attached a screenshot of the error.

What I've checked so far:

• Running as an administrator.
• Verified that the snapshot file exists.
• Confirmed that the user has administrator privileges in Acumatica.
• Restarted IIS and the application.

However, the same error still occurs.

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
