Hi,I’m trying to build a new Generic Inquiry to view my approvals instead of using the existing Approval screen.I’ve tried adding multiple screens as navigation links because I would like to open the relevant documents directly from the GI. However, it is not working as expected. Currently, all documents are opening through the Bills and Adjustments screen, resulting in a blank screen when the document belongs to a different screen. Is there a way to configure multiple screens as navigation links and have Acumatica open the appropriate screen based on the document type?

Hi everyone,One Subcontract may need to be billed multiple times. Currently, when creating an AP Bill from the Subcontract, all applicable lines are transferred to the AP Bill. We then have to manually delete the lines that are not included in the current payment. We would like to allow users to select which Subcontract lines should be billed before creating the AP Bill.Is there any way to achieve this through Acumatica configuration/customization tools without writing code? Thanks :)

Hi everyone,Looking for advice on changing an Australian BAS setup from Quarterly to Monthly from 1 July 2026 in MYOB Acumatica 2025.1 (Build 2025.101.503.568).Current Tax Periods:01-2026: Jan–Mar — Closed 02-2026: Apr–Jun — Closed 03-2026: Jul–Sep — Open 04-2026: Oct–Dec — OpenBusiness needs Apr–Jun 2026 to remain quarterly, then Tax Year 2027 to start 1 July 2026 with monthly periods through 30 June 2027.The GL Financial Year 2027 is already correctly configured as 1 July 2026–30 June 2027 with 12 monthly periods. Can we safely shorten the 2026 Tax Year by deleting only the open 03-2026 and 04-2026 periods, then create Tax Year 2027 as Monthly, without affecting the closed Apr–Jun 2026 period? What is the supported approach for this scenario?

Anyone have a working import scenario to delete Project Template Tasks?Due to how the template format is in the screen, it seems that it cannot find the Project Template.  I tried a few ways even using the description, but it is unable to find the record. Client uses two segments for their project task record, and it looks like the screen only shows the first segment and this might be part of the problem. When you pass the template ID with two segments it says it doesnt exist.I can use the GI but as there is about 2800 records this takes some time.

Hi all,I'm hoping someone has hit this before, because I've run out of things to try from the endpoint screen. **What I'm trying to do**Validate a customer location's address through the contract-based REST API instead of clicking **Validate Address** on the Customer Locations screen. SetupAcumatica 25R2 (25.201.0213). I extended the Default endpoint to `KNMCEndPoint / 24.200.001` and added an action under the top-level `CustomerLocation` entity: - Action Name: `ValidateCustomerLocAddress`- Mapped Action: `ValidateAddresses` API CALL:```POST /LocalENV/entity/KNMCEndPoint/24.200.001/CustomerLocation/ValidateCustomerLocAddress``` ```json{  "entity": {    "Customer":   { "value": "AACUSTOMER" },    "LocationID": { "value": "MAIN" }  },  "parameters": {}}``` Response: `204 No Content`. No error, no fault, no `Location` header. And the **Validated** checkbox on the location's address stays unchecked. A follow-up GET confirms `IsValidated` is still false — nothing was persisted. Clicking **V

I have a generic inquiry containing filters and pivot tables When I tried to switch to the modern UI no results were given and an errror message “Object reference not set to instance of object” was displayedI then made a copy of this generic inquiry, published it and tried again to switch to the modern UI (without the additional filters and pivot tables) I still got the same error. The pivot tables on the original generic inquiry are also used on dashboards

Hello,I have a GI that filters out past due invoices based on how overdue they are.  Once a record appears in this GI, the business event triggers an import scenario subscriber that is meant to put the customer account on credit hold.Unfortunately, while the event history is showing success, the accounts in my test are not being updated. Can someone review the import scenario and let me know where I am going wrong? Thanks in advance.

However, these Configurators do not have any Production transactions associated with them. I want to delete those transaction but system is not allowing to delete.

Getting an Error at the time of releasing the inventory receipt document.Error Code is like “caused cost to quantity imbalance”

Hello all,Where can I find the format of password of user accounts in Acumatica?

Hi All,Is there a way we can sync Actvities Created in Acumatica to Outlook Calendar? Thanks!

Hi, I want to send an automated daily email of daily receipted stocks from Acumatica. I need them to be broken up between companies/branches and by item class if possible. Business event is what I am thinking, but I’d like to get your thoughts on how you would do it. Any recommendations are welcome 😊

Any idea about this error when creating a Purchase Return from a Purchase Receipt and how do I resolve this? Item is serialized, so I ran Inventory Lot/Serial History and don’t see the item going out of warehouse location. See snippet below with only one transaction happened in that serial number. This is the POR with Line Type ‘Goods for MFG’ but when I tick each line and create a return, line type is ‘Goods for IN’ and unable to change.

Issue: A Purchase Order (PO) has many items. One item can have multiple Purchase Receipts. For example: Item A is received in 3 receipts: POR1, POR2, and POR3. I created an AP Bill from the POR3 screen. However, when I released the bill, the system matched it with POR1 (the first receipt) instead of POR3.Questions: Is this normal system behavior, or did we make a mistake? How can we make the bill match only with POR3 when we enter an AP Bill from the POR3 screen?

Is it possible to pull this highlighted Stock item Description tab Information into a GI.

We are having trouble with Native Acumatica, and want to see if there are any options. We receive a lot of items in Sea Containers. Multiple orders are put in to a container shipment when they are all ready to ship. Our typical work flow to place an order is:Place a main order for a container of products. We will call this PO-001. Maybe this PO takes 90 days to prepare for shipment.  During this time, we will add PO’s for smaller items, generally repair parts. So let’s say that during the time it takes to get PO-001 ready, we make PO-002, PO-003, PO-004, and PO-005. Now PO-001 is ready to ship, and most of the other open PO’s (PO-002 through PO-005) are also shipping in this sea container. But sometimes, one or 2 items will not be ready in time to make the shipment, so it will still be left on order for shipping at a later date. Our people need to see an accurate delivery date and tracking info for this shipment, and need to know that all of these shipped in the same container. So right

We are using the Acumatica Shopify Commerce Connector to synchronize item information from Acumatica to Shopify.A template item in Acumatica contains an attribute named TEMPCLOSEO. The attribute value can be either TRUE or FALSE.We want to configure an export entity mapping with the following logic:When TEMPCLOSEO is TRUE, export the value Closeout to Shopify. When TEMPCLOSEO is FALSE, export a blank value. We attempted to use the following formula in the Shopify export entity mapping:=IIf([[TemplateItems -> Attributes.TEMPCLOSEO]] = 'TRUE', 'Closeout', '') Data is syncing fine when the SKU has true value but it is failing false information(field: input.metafields.0.value) Value can't be blank. Acumatica returns this following error:Expected ResultThe export mapping should return:Closeoutwhen the TEMPCLOSEO attribute is set to TRUE.When the attribute is set to FALSE, the export mapping should return a blank value.

The only way I can get the changes to the MUI screen is to modify the files in the development section in VS, then update the MUI files in the project editor and publish the project.I thought I could update the MUI screen by executing this statement in Terminal, but it doesn’t make the changes:If this worked, it would save me hours in testing.  Publishing the entire project takes forever compared to running the command line to build the screen. Also, my popup wasn’t showing the fields.  I published, restarted the app, reset caches, MANY times.  I kept changing the TS and HTML, but the fields were not showing.  Suddenly, they are showing.  I literally spent 5 hours trying things, republishing resetting everything and it didn’t show the fields.  Is there some steps I am not taking after publishing the project to get the MUI code to display properly?  I’ve been losing my mind over this.

Hi Everyone, I noticed that the Welcome to Acumatica screen  is missing as off last night.  When our users login, this is what we see.  Has anyone else encountered this?  If yes, please share what steps you took to correct this. Thank you, Jelena
