Reporting to default to company not branch

I’d love this too. We have multiple companies and branches but always run reports at a company level.

No global setting for this that I can find — but you don't need to modify the reports.

On the report form, set Company/Branch to the company, then SAVE TEMPLATE and tick Default. Those parameters load automatically every time you open that report.

Two catches: it's per user, and Default and Shared are mutually exclusive — ticking Shared clears Default, so a shared template won't auto-load for others. They'd have to select it.

One template per report, per person. More setup than a single switch, but no report edits and it survives upgrades.

I think currently there is no setting . However I think probalbly an Acumatica developer can write a code which could work (customization).

​@mariaromina  As mentioned by ​@smilner3  There is no single global setting in Acumatica that forces all reports to default to company level instead of branch level. The default is driven by the logged-in user's branch assignment.

Below option available.

Save a Report Template (quickest per-report fix):

• Open the report
• Set Company/Branch to company level
• Click Save Template
• Check Default checkbox
• This saves the company-level selection as default for that specific report for all users
